  • In this hopeful, lively webinar, Ann Weiser Cornell invites us to bring compassion and kindness to ourselves to be successful in changing our unhelpful habits. “Compassion and kindness work better for self-change than blame and criticism!” If you don’t like it that you reach for a cookie or scroll on your phone instead of being present to your life, try the tips that Ann shares.

Hi Ann, I’m wondering if you have any guided meditations? I find you very calming to listen to.

@@FocusingResources thanks Ann. I’ll have a look. I’ve done your free online inner critic course. Truely amazing how that small course/teaching has given me a better understanding and more of a loving compassionate connection with that part of myself. Feeling peace that I’ve never felt before. I’m feeling like it will go a long way in helping to change my anxious attachment style to securely attaching. 🙏🏼
