There are three companies in the UK. Skin + me, Dermatica and Klira. Dermatica ships to some of the countries in the EU and Klira is supposed to start soon as well. I've read that people complain about, even though Dermatica says you can pause the subscription, the small print makes it difficult, so you end up with too many bottles that you can't use up before they expire. This is why I decided to wait for Klira starting with shipping to the EU, even though their price is much higher. Hope their conditions are better.
I unknowingly cancelled my subscription from Curology just this morning and I'm not happy with their pricing. It all happened for a reason as a higher power is at play. Thanks Doctorly! You guys are the best!
I have cancelled my subscription from another company as my derm sells tretinoin +niacinamide compounded for her @ $35/30gr. To be completely transparent you should post full ingredients list on your website, including % of niacinamide. Some of us are allergic to carrier ingredients and have to be cautious. I wish you well this this endeavor.
From their website, "Based on your medical history, your [Script] dermatologist may prescribe to you a certain treatment. The exact ingredients are listed on the label affixed to your medication container." It seems there is no ingredient list as it varies per person.

I'm excited about this! I've been using Curology for almost 4 years. I like the formula and the packaging, but they jacked up the price twice in the last year - I started paying $39 per two-month supply bottle, and now I'm paying $79 for that. Yours is way more affordable for me.
@@lukastemberger If you do the math based on marketing conversion rates, etc. Assuming this message reaches 3 million subscribers, even if they have a low conversion rate of 1%, 300K people will visit the site. If 1% of those people purchase the tretinoin, they will gross almost $1.5 million. That doesn't take into account repeat purchases and referrals to friends.
May I recommend listing the unavailable states BEFORE making us sign up with our credit card information, purchase and requesting a refund? For anyone reading, don’t sign up if you are a Mississippi or Alabama resident.
This information is on their home page and lists the three states it’s currently not offered in. They also said to check availability in this video. ☹️ Maybe a friend from a different state to send it to you? 🤷🏻♀️

Wow this is definitely a lot cheaper than my Apostrophe order. It's $75 for one bottle. That's not cheap. You guys should consider adding more percentages for the products. For example I was able to use .018% and now I use .025% Tret and would like to bump it up again before I get to 0.1% with apostrophe. Doing that has helped me manage irritation. I would also like the option to pause and start my order again. I have paused my Apostrophe order before because finances and I liked that option.
Unfortunately, not impressed. Subscription was easy. Received my prescription within 10 days. BUT. It's supposed to be a 2 month supply, and the BUD (best used by date) is 1 month after compounding. So, you get a 2 month supply that expires in a month? Messaged Support, but nobody answers. Not good.

Love you guys! Just received my RX Tret - super fast and the ordering process very convenient and easy to do. Thank you! Excited to see what results I get - have literally tried so many quality skincare products with limited results so hoping the addition of the Tret will boost improvements in my skin. Am 71 and lost 89 pounds this past year so of course lost a lot of fat in my face resulting in more wrinkles and sagging that I had before the weight loss but feel GREAT! I watch all of your you tube advice blogs 8and value your opinions. Thanks again! I do get regular full body screenings every 6 months but my dermatologist is not interested in any type of cosmetic skincare. So I found another Dr. who I think will be a better match for me. Got mine. Tired it for a few days now. Love the formula. Very light. The shipping and everything was very fast and easy enough. My only concern is that the site claim that the derm will prescribe it according to each person skin needs but we basically only have two options of tret on the site. We don’t know what other ingredients are in there other than the percentage of tret. I found that to be a lil confusing because if it’s really tailored for each individual, then we all would need to get different percentage and maybe some other ingredient for each specific needs. I think having that be a bit clear would be very good! Love both of you. Also, trying remedy as well. Supporting you two. ❤
This is great! But if you can get Tretinion from your dermatologist INSTEAD you should. A consultation is a MUST. There’s different strengths of Tretinion. A consultation will get you starting with the right strength to start with. As well as having the option to up the strength after a 12+ weeks. After insurance I only pay $10 which you can’t beat. Go see your dermatologist instead. This would be last resort or if you don’t have insurance would be a option to inquire about. But Tretinion is the BEST product for everything like they said. My skin is flawless.
Wish I could get tret for $10 😮 my insurance refused to pay because I'm over 30 😢 so a tube in my area was going to cost me over $300. I pay curology $60 every 3 months for my scrip.. but I think I'll look into theirs and see what the cost is.

It’s so sad that it’s that difficult to get a prescription. I’m in Canada and yes I had to wait 2 hours to see my doctor( no copay) , but with private insurance I paid $6.00 for a prescription. So glad you all started script, in case I make my way back to the states I’ll have an easier time!

The only Derm appointment I've ever had, I told them my concerns, and they just tole me to use "cerave" (no specific products suggested literally just cerave), and they left the room before I could say anything back. I bought it cause I've been on 0.05 for a while and am pretty sure I can move to 0.1. But it's just weird, imho. Also weird that your consultation comes after you bought the product. Shouldn't it be the other way around? 😅 Also - that email you send out about my customized product... it's not customized. I absolutely appreciate online dermatology. My son has acne and I had to wait MONTHS to get in and it cost hundreds of dollars because we went outside insurance. He was prescribed tretinoin. Love you guys! Just received my RX Tret - super fast and the ordering process very convenient and easy to do. Thank you! Excited to see what results I get - have literally tried so many quality skincare products with limited results so hoping the addition of the Tret will boost improvements in my skin. Am 71 and lost 89 pounds this past year so of course lost a lot of fat in my face resulting in more wrinkles and sagging that I had before the weight loss but feel GREAT! I watch all of your you tube advice blogs 8and value your opinions. Thanks again! I do get regular full body screenings every 6 months but my dermatologist is not interested in any type of cosmetic skincare. So I found another Dr. who I think will be a better match for me. Since I am a new patient and she is very popular my appt. is not until October so very happy to get started on the Tret now and then will see how my skin looks in October.

Got mine. Tired it for a few days now. Love the formula. Very light. The shipping and everything was very fast and easy enough. My only concern is that the site claim that the derm will prescribe it according to each person skin needs but we basically only have two options of tret on the site. We don’t know what other ingredients are in there other than the percentage of tret. I found that to be a lil confusing because if it’s really tailored for each individual, then we all would need to get different percentage and maybe some other ingredient for each specific needs. I think having that be a bit clear would be very good! Love both of you. Also, trying remedy as well. Supporting you two. ❤
This is great! But if you can get Tretinion from your dermatologist INSTEAD you should. A consultation is a MUST. There’s different strengths of Tretinion. A consultation will get you starting with the right strength to start with. As well as having the option to up the strength after a 12+ weeks. After insurance I only pay $10 which you can’t beat. Go see your dermatologist instead. This would be last resort or if you don’t have insurance would be a option to inquire about. But Tretinion is the BEST product for everything like they said. My skin is flawless.
Wish I could get tret for $10 😮 my insurance refused to pay because I'm over 30 😢 so a tube in my area was going to cost me over $300. I pay curology $60 every 3 months for my scrip.. but I think I'll look into theirs and see what the cost is.

It’s so sad that it’s that difficult to get a prescription. I’m in Canada and yes I had to wait 2 hours to see my doctor( no copay) , but with private insurance I paid $6.00 for a prescription. So glad you all started script, in case I make my way back to the states I’ll have an easier time!
I’m in Canada too and had no problems getting it, I just asked my NP. With my Blue Cross it’s $5 a tube.

I just visited the website. While the whole program is excellent, what stands out for me is the small print at the bottom of the "About" page! It talks about the importance of incorporating and maintaining "holistic engagement for the body and mind." I am an evolving vegan and a natural living expert who truly believes in the holistic approach. I am interested in making a purchase. I am interested to see how accessible it is for me. The only Derm appointment I've ever had, I told them my concerns, and they just tole me to use "cerave" (no specific products suggested literally just cerave), and they left the room before I could say anything back. SO, I've been avoiding going back even though I am VERY MUCH so looking into tret. This is so great

I signed up. But what's weird to me is that it's either 0.1% which is smth one needs to be really ready for, or 0.025%. Where's the middle ground? I bought it cause I've been on 0.05 for a while and am pretty sure I can move to 0.1. But it's just weird, imho. Also weird that your consultation comes after you bought the product. Shouldn't it be the other way around? 😅 Also - that email you send out about my customized product... it's not customized. why are the ingredients not being declared in the site? That is one of biggest problem with prescribed dermatologic products from online
The official response from the company, from what I hear, was that well this is the only formula available right now, they are working with other ingredients so that they can taylor ingredients to specific needs for each face.

Yes it’s a great ingredient but I personally haven’t been able to use it for over a year since starting Tretinoin. I have tolerated it well while using REMEDY For dark spots. Would I tolerate it with Script?🤷♀️

Congratulations on the launch. I think this is going to be a game changer for quality active ingredients! I’m currently using Remedy with other active ingredients, but unsure if I’m doing it correctly. Would love a video showing steps or schedule teaching us how to use active ingredients (trentinoin, vitamin c azelaic acid, glycolic acid) together with Remedy for dark spots for hyperpigmentation and melasma.

I absolutely appreciate online dermatology. My son has acne and I had to wait MONTHS to get in and it cost hundreds of dollars because we went outside insurance. He was prescribed tretinoin.
I totally understand for a child it is important to see a doctor in person but when I was experiencing hormonal acne, I just wanted something right away. So cheers to your new company!!!
