In this video I’m going to teach you the magic word that IMMEDIATELY connects you to a live agent when calling the USCIS. It has never been harder to talk to a real person in the USCIS; the system is automated and, when you have a complicated question, an artificial bot is just not enough to deeply help you with your case. Hi, Infopass was my go-to for months, but as of today, nope, Emma has a new game and she is winning and I can't get to a live person! Can you offer a new magic word? My cases are 2 I-134A with a mom her 3-year-old son with eye cancer. There is a problem with the son and attaching him to her to travel, and we are on a time clock.

I'm a tier 1 representative. All you have to say is "info pass appointment" you'll be placed in queue.
I remember the not insanity days of being able to reach a tier 1 representative without resorting to “hacking” the system. Those were the days where working with USCIS on a case on behalf of a client was still allowed. Good luck.
