Thanks for providing the viewers tips for speeding up the visa process. Your voice is mild & clear. And finally u gave a recap...that was wonderful. God bless you.
Sadly USCIS is not so formal. I filed a K-1 in August 2019, they approved Dec 2019, but in the processing, interview, COVID-19 2 years passed! And at tge end the embassy washed their hands of continuing the review of my petition, sending it back to USCIS...and ultimately I awaited a request for affirmation, but they never sent me anything for 5 more months, only to then send a letter saying my petition expired. I have not even gotten a reason why
My husband’s case was sent to the embassy in Iraq on November 27, 2019, by NVC for processing and interview. To this day I have been going back and forth with the Iraqi embassy and NVC and still don’t know the status of my case. I don’t know what else to do it’s almost 18 months with no answers.
Hi, thank you so much for the video and all the information you provide. I am a Cuba citizen. I’ve been in the US for five years now and I’m ready to present my naturalization papers but I have a concern. I just got married on April this year and I wanted to change my name but unfortunately things didn’t work as I was expecting. The DMV changed my name but the social security didn’t until I change my residence but The residence cost almost $400 when I probably won’t need it anymore soon. My question is if I can request my naturalization that difference of name in the DMV and the Social Security, and what documents would I need to support the issue, thanks in advanced.
Thank you for this video!!! What about NVC processing? Can you speed NVC process? I am waiting for interview appointment after being DQ ... can I accelerate it? Do you prepare me for interview?
What if I didn't file the case and I just want to know why my naturalization paper is in question? I've been here for 38 years and never had a problem with it before.
I appreciate your simplified ways of detailed explanations. I filled for my removal of conditions October 14th 2019 and did my finger print on March 17th 2020. I'm yet to get any feedback / response/ answer from USCIS. What should I do to get faster response from USCIS? My green card expired in 2017 and the extensions I got from USCIS, was problematic as I couldn't use it to renew my driver's license and can't use it for international travels. Sir, what should I do?
I assume you recieved a reciept payment of your application... and if do, you can use that to show at the DMV to renew your driver’s license. I said this because I did. Good luck!🙏
My husbqnd had received am RIV. When we filed we didn't know what they were asking for was on his record. When we went to court the judge told us is would not be on his record but it was a lie. Instead it just shows everything was dismissed.
Dude really that's great advice fill out all the documents and make sure that all the documents are there that's brilliant and also get the premium package which cost thousands of dollars more we already are paying a high fee rate anyway so if they can process are packets Faster by just throwing them extra money all that means is there a look at our packet dig it out of the pile and put it ahead of everybody else that's crap if they would work and do their job correctly and right and work diligently every day for 8 or 9 hours they could process hundreds of packets a day and we still would not have waiting times like we are now and all they're doing is trying to suck more money out of people
My son who is a permanent resident filed I-130 for his wife last Aug 2019 he received only a receipt from the USCIS but no approval yet. What do you think is the problem delaying it? Do we need to do the Premium Processing? Can you please give me the link on how to do that? By the way my son petitioning his wife from the Philippines. Thank you in advance.

Hi,I congratulate you for your work, it's very important I'm in Haiti,I had an appointment interview since April, this appointment was cancelled due the pandemic, I'm still waiting for the new appointment, but ,we don't call me yet, what can I do in this case?

I have a question. My fiancee has been here since he was 10 months old. He didn't know he was illegal until he was a teenager. He got Daca at 18. Which now daca is tossing people into piles and not helping people. He graduated here in America and has never left the country. Yes, it will. So will contacting your Senator or Congressional representatives' office and doing an inquiry with them. It's free (you don't need a lawyer) and will usually get you a response within 5 business days from when USCIS receives your inquiry. However, keep in mind that it's not magic. USCIS is horribly backlogged right now because of financial issues and they are considering furloughing 75% of their total workforce at the end of next month (August), so, there is probably still going to be a delay in getting a response, but still it's the fastest (free) way to get a response or to get your backlogged case moved up to the front of the pile. Ombudsman or Senator/Congressional inquiry. Either one is good to try, (or both, no law that says you can't do both). Good luck!
Yep my mom filled and 1-30 on 1997 just last year the visa was approved, got my EAD on May 2020 and I’m still waiting for a date for an interview to get a green card and as matter of fact that’s actually more than 20 yrs and counting. Don’t get discourage you’ll get there in no time.
Bita, im not a lawyer, but i believe the potential loss of a job (job offer), would qualify ( must show proof), for financial, and near death/serious illness of an immediate relative, such as spouse, mother, father, or child would qualify for humanitarian (again, must provide proof by documents.) Hi Counselor, I appreciate your help in advance. I applied last January 2020, for my citizenship, biometrics was done. How long you estimate I have to wait? In other hand due the situacion we going through I has been moving from my hometown Orlando to Seattle to Georgia! I am very nervus about it. Can affect me those change. Please, I will appreciate your kind support🌻 Thanks!
1) Include all necessary documents with your case otherwise you are delaying your case 2) Premium Processing - Additional fee to rush the application process (N/A for K1 visas) 3) Service Request - You making an inquiry on your case which may speed up your process. If your case is taking longer than the estimated USCIS processing timelines 4) Expedite Request - You are requesting for USCIS to place your case to the top of the list to process it very fast (K1 and K3 N/A)
@@houstontx8686 after you have started this process by the time you are done if you are like I think most of us - you will feel like one, and have the expertise as one.

Please, I will appreciate your kind support🌻 Thanks!
1) Include all necessary documents with your case otherwise you are delaying your case
2) Premium Processing - Additional fee to rush the application process (N/A for K1 visas)
3) Service Request - You making an inquiry on your case which may speed up your process. If your case is taking longer than the estimated USCIS processing timelines
4) Expedite Request - You are requesting for USCIS to place your case to the top of the list to process it very fast (K1 and K3 N/A)
Sir are you a lawyer
@@houstontx8686 after you have started this process by the time you are done if you are like I think most of us - you will feel like one, and have the expertise as one.
Thank you for your video!
