Calling your senator for free!!! Which I wholeheartedly regret!! Thanks Jim for no help in this STL girl unknowingly getting defrauded. 60 and working til I die! Ok to Lie, defraud USCIS, IRS, SONY and my hard earned retirement.

Would love to see a video or more about immigrant paying taxes to IRS here and to home country when home country and US have a tax treaty.

I would like you to talk about waivers. If a incident happened 20yrs ago do you still need to file a waiver?

      You think uscis works well?
Sounds that either were very(!!) lucky or did not deal with them much. Wish I could believe it like you do.

Maybe it worked smoothly for you but unfortunately it's not the same for everyone.

You’ll have to get to the United States border first before you can apply for asylum. Can’t do it from your country.

Me and my wife are recently married. We filed in June of last year. We are really just waiting for her to get her status to just go to work. We haven't heard anything from them yet. Also her expedite request was denied for whatever reason. She is a Registered nurse. Staying at home all day is leading her into a depressive state. Also I have some medical issues and may have to take some time off of work. Our lawyer isn't really communicating with us and when we call him it's always he's gonna try... what can we do on our own?

Unfortunately, 7 months of waiting is sort of just the beginning. Whole case will probably take a year or more. And that work card should have come a long time ago. Jim
