i called uscis and automated assistant ema start talking and it tell u it can help but if if feel u are not getting what u want and you repeat your request and what happen is ema tell you straight up it's gonna end up the call .

@@shakunisandamali5446 hey. I m not sure if we can expedite unless we have a valid reason like some medical condition etc. I think that country doesn’t consider emotionally missing a beloved person as a valid reason to expedite the case. Heartless.

i applied my green card 4 years ago..it is asylum grant green card. in this year in march i have green card interview at long island field office new york.i clear my interview and submit my medical to the officer and she said your card gonna come in few weeks. week later they send me a request for evidence..then i submit my request for evidence to the long island field office..now it’s 5 month over but they not respond yet i call 800 number so many times but they not tell anything and i put written inquiry too to the long island field office but nothing happen. can i put expedited request.i need green card for the new job where they required green card.

I applied to AOS on OCT 2020. I applied for EAD under AOS on Nov 13. My current EAD ( STEM OPT) will expire on May 1 2021. I wont be able to continue my Job and my driving license also expire on May 1 2021. Do you think this reason will help me to expedite my processing for EAD?
If by March you don't hear from the office, apply for an expedite request for your EAD, Or call customer service center so they can expedite it for you.

I recently requested for an expedite request about month ago and it got approved. Two days after I made the request, they emailed me saying that my request to expedite has been approved and an officer will give me an answer for my I-485 soon. Well, It’s been over a month since then and there is still no decision that has been made on my case, and over two months since I did my interview. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

I am turning 31 this October and my doctor has asked me to not delay pregnancy as I might get complications (considering my age) because it is my first one. We did this check up when he came down to visit me recently.
