It was unclear at first where Drogon went, but during the small council meeting, it was revealed that Drogon was spotted flying east. Unfortunately, Bronn interrupts right before viewers are told exactly where he was headed. But, logically, Drogon was flying towards Valyria. Not only is Valyria east of King's Landing, but that's where he went in Game of Thrones season 5 after he had disappeared. Plus, that's where the Targaryen family is from. So, it makes sense for Drogon to take Daenerys back home - to her real home.
Dragons are pretty lonely creatures, he will find himself a cave somewhere and find his peace.
Maybe he will bring danaerys to red priestess in essos to resurrect her
@@jaysonbonita9865 BINGO. My thoughts exactly. All he has to do is take her back to Meereen and allow Kinvara to do to Dany what Melissandre did to Jon.
Plus Kinvara is the High Priestess so does it mean that she's more powerful than Melissandre
THANK U ALL FOR THE LIKES 💕💕
The Iron Throne was forged by a dragon and in the end destroyed by a dragon.
Forged by the first dragon Westeros has seen and destroyed by the last. Ironic.
@@68idl Yup
Indeed.
Great scene
so cool that drogon understands metaphorical things. /s

Bran : I've got two wheels.
Let Drogon burn that chair as well.

Lol
Bran: checkmate
Lol. And Bran that asks a master of Whispers? Smfh
Dany just slaughtered the whole city.

😌
Exceptional writing, right?
Worst line of the show.
😂😂😂
Anyone else had Lion King flashbacks during the Drogon and Dany scene?
''Mom? Mom, come on. You've got to get up. Mom. We've got to go home.''
WolfHalfDemon i literally said that same thing watching it!!! So similar
I don't feel so good drogo
Heartbreaking
Have you seen Westworld? I wished that Drogon would burned them both.
That made me cry nothing else
No more throne; So they settled for a wheelchair.
Yup
Such a bittersweet ending, Dany wanted to break the wheel, but that didn't happen.
@@hotsauce69247 Dany became part of the wheel and was too tyrannical and delusional to see it. She was too far gone.
It is what it is😎😎
@@ExemplarKyle Dany become ambitious...hmmm
The Unsullied and Dothraki kinda forgot they all died at Winterfell
No they didn't. They said that half died, and there was a garrison guarding Dragonstone while the rest were up north. Euron would've taken Dragonstone, if it were empty.
Jarmo Hakala *The other half of the Unsullied and Dothraki forgot to die at Winterfell*
Drogon kinda forgot that Dany was her mom and Jon Snow the queenslayer.
Grey Worm kind of forgot to murder Jon and Tyrion for killing Daeny
@@JarmoHakala That's them explaining away their bad writing. Watch S8E3 the majority of Unsullied are left infront of the pits to hold off the dead and like 95% of the Dothraki died in their rush. Yet there is still somehow thousands of them.
As for Euron, he appeared just as they got there and coincidentally killed a dragon with 12 ships yet was unable to shoot down Drogon with 100 ships.
Dany's Valyrian has never sounded more impressive or terrifying than her speech to her troops here. Hate her turn if you want, but I absolutely got chills from Amelia Clarke's performance.
I was quite impressed by Emilia's acting and she could have delivered way more if she was allowed to have a good arc. But nah. Rushed to the extreme with lazy ass character progression. It's like 2 episodes, oh no she cray cray cuckoo, then she dies. And no, whatever previous "foreshadowing" NEVER foreshadowed her slaughtering innocents like this. Oh hey, here's some moments showcasing you that Dany can be brutal towards her enemies (most whom also happen to be bad people). What? You mean her turning flying super Hitler the next day seems like quite a leap? No no, you're just in denial. Ugggh. I never was against the mad queen plot and was in fact anticipating it well before S8. I just hate HOW it was done.
Drogon's grief is so powerful! This has never been his war. He's always wanted to go back to Valyria but had to stick by his mom. Even after he saved her from the Masters he refused to take her back. Now he's condemning the throne that he never wanted any part of because it's made him lose everything and everyone he's known. From Daenerys to Jorah to Missandei to Viserion to Rhaegal. He has nothing left except his mother's dead body and it's all because of that throne. Powerful scene!
He was a bit like Jaime in that regard I think.
Drogon wanted to do his own thing, went away from Dany, but whenever she was in actual danger, he would always be back for her.
Just like Jaime went back to Cersei, despite knowing that she was hateful, Drogon always came back to protect his mother, even though he knew she was unstable.
oh my godness i never saw it it that way. It's true, Drogon always wanted to go t Valyria and live his dragon life there, in peace
@@sarai010019 dragons aren’t nice creatures George RR Martin has said this you lot act like it’s a dog lmao
I wondered why Drogon burned the iron throne? Now it seems clear. Dragons really are intelligent beasts.

Nah, he was doing what his mother always said she wanted to do: breaking the wheel. He knew that his mother had let herself become what she always said she wanted to destroy, and although devastated by his mother's killing, knew that it was her own fault that she was killed.
@@biggreenblob stfu they made him melt the throne just to make it something "epic". how would he know that if he had never seen the throne before? that's just bad writing. how neither drogon nor unsolid and dothraki killed jon for killing his mom/queen? also the end and the season in general was weak asf
Bran with the wheel be like........thank you, i didnt need that uncomfortable chair anyway lmao rip
Wow, Drogon is one clever dragon! Not only does he understand symbolism, but he also knew what the Iron Throne looked like even though he'd never seen it before! Smart guy.
rupeestarmie honestly would have loved the idea of nobody ending up on the thrown. The symbolism of drogon destroying it would be that much better
he saw knife in dany and he saw chair of knifes... smart dude...
Nahh its just bad writing Drogon should’ve been killed during battle of winterfell.
Drogon know's that because of that Irone throne his mother Died 😅
@@jayrny24 Yeah... It's "bad writing" because you didn't get what you wanted... Moron
To start with, when Drogon was trying to wake up Dany that broke me. Him burning the throne was so important. He knew that the throne is what killed his mom, not Jon. Such a emotional moment. Who would have thought the biggest character development in season 8 would be drogon?
Well Drogon and Dany had the biggest character development. Character development doesnt mean they develop into a good character.
I just love Drogon,best dragon
hahaha yea the dragon really analyzed that situation, this show is a joke since they passed he books especially season 8
@@g_man1805 I agree that character development doesn't mean developing into a good character.
Theres literally no point in destroying the iron when the governance of the country is gonna remain the exact same anyways. Small council and all
Cried my butt off when Drogon cried for Dany 🤧😪 and he when he carried her lifeless body away. 💔 the symbolism of the throne burning down was epic & tragic. Drogon had more sense than anybody😩

Drogon lost everything. His brothers and now his Mom.

Susie Q I cried at how shite this episode was 😂
That scene with Dany and Drogon with that beautiful rendition of her theme music took me out. The mother of dragons will always be my queen.
Same here
Ditto. My Khaleesi forever. Jon did not need to assassinate her as D&D had already done it. What a complete obliteration of everything her character stood for. The Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons saves and protects the innocent, children in particular, she doesn't burn them alive by the thousands. What a travesty this season was.
Same her. Khaleesi forever.
@@mashedpotatoes5184 Yes, one might call burning an entire city of innocent people a "wrong decision."
@@mashedpotatoes5184 ALWAYS? That's dangerous. You know so many dictators started good.
Anybody notice the Rains of Castamere playing when Tyrion finds the bodies of Jaime and Cersei?
Even Drogon had some character development. That's one smart dragon to burn the Iron Throne.
He's actually Keyser Soze
I'm not sure how much heat does dragons fire contain but even if firebreathing dragons were real the Iron Throne wouldn't melt as fast as it did... On the other hand, gold thrown by khal Drogo to kill Viserys, melted in few senconds as well with much smaller fire, so I'm guessing in GoT universe metals melt faster than in real world 🤣 🤣
Drogon saw firsthand how the Throne affected Daenerys. She *was* riding him 24/7. So, yeaaaaaah. I'd assume he'd know the Throne was the root to her fall.
He had to burn every historical thing built by Targaryens only the iron throne left...
HA! According to the script it wasn't intentional
Regardless of what you thought of this season you have to tip your hat to Peter Dinklage . 8 seasons of excellent acting in one of the most iconic characters in cinematic history!
That's what keeping this episode at a five for me. If Tyrion was executed it would be a three.
Shane MacGowan he is absolutely amazing. All scenes with him (except the brothel ones!) he was just so captivating. His character’s intelligence made us all sit up and listen like school kids being fascinated by a super smart adult! And the way he delivered it, Peter’s presence in those scenes had me in awe of his acting.
And given Peter is American, his true English accent is flawless!
I’m glad he’s still out there advising Bran “The Broken”. Anyone else feel they could’ve given Bran a better name than that given his amazing talents now? Also, Kings Landing has better wheelchair accessibility than my own country does!!
Nah he blows
@Magpie yeah like just the start of this episode she was amazing,
if i had seen just that as like a spoiler for the season i'd be like: holy shit this is going to be great.
but sadly...
Magpie this!! She was absolutely spectacular this season. By far her best performance
I will always Love GOT but I feel so empty inside after this finale:(
This show was a epic journey. The positives of this show which are many supersedes the mixed bag of season 8. I didnt like much about it but the finale episode was a good closure for me. Ill miss this show.
I didn't like King Bran. I feel like they built Jon up for nothing. His lineage, his destiny... It was tragic and he went to be free beyond the wall- but I wanted him to be King. Him and Tyrion would've been great. Clever political administrator and a honorable monarch.
All the changes could've been made with Jon as King. I was not feeling Bran at all. At least could've made Sansa and Tyrion renew their marriage and rule together. Sansa had so much clout at that final meeting I was surprised she didn't get it.
And let's not forget that everyone wanted Dany gone and hated her for the massacre... Yet when it comes to it screw Jon am I right? Send the heir to the throne to the wall.
Christrulesall2 yeah same here. It didn’t ruin the series for me. I can always go back and watch up to this season:)
Taylor Beckett Bran! Bran? I know right. He’s not even a human anymore..haha. Plus he sends his brother to the Wall. Couldn’t send him back North to Winterfell and just lie or something.
Don't be, this isn't the end you know.
RR Martin has to yet finish his books.
Grey Worm whould instantly kill Jon but took him prisoner? WTF
The Unsullied and the Dathroki should’ve killed both of them right away. But alas, plot armor level 3 with rechargeable shields just won’t let them be killed. So stupid the amount of plot holes there are.
Phillip Blake how the fuck they realise Jon killed dany ?
worse: Drogon should have torn stuff up. Ok he didn't BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A PLAN FOR IT !!!
Ask to D&D !! And Grey Worm that goes to Naath in the morning to die in the afternoon?
And the bloodriders didn't avenge her and kill themselves 🤔
Was gut wrenching to see Jon trying to reason with her and himself as she was answering. The moment he realizes he can't get through to her you can see a little of him die inside knowing what he has to do.
I think dany's vision was telling her Khal Drogo and their son will be waiting for her for when she dies.
So in the end the woman dies and the guy gets to live and move on. Weak.
@@diannebdee I know right? Women are supposed to be invincible. How dare the writers even fathom that a woman can die on this show, while the man who kills her gets to live? Reeeee
@@khawajh That's not the point. Dany was sacrificed due to bad writing and bad planning. The point also is this season has been problematic since it came back. The rapid roll to get to the end was bad. The stories were bad and not clearly thought out. I know GRRM gave D&D an outline to the end, but it's like they just followed the outline plotting only the points GRRM gave them with no connecting tissue between those points. Dany's descent was not earned and not at all worthy of the character arc she deserved.
@@diannebdee A woman also got crowned Queen in the North. Another woman is exploring places that have never been explored in the past. PLENTY of men have died in this show, far more than women.
So... Your point is idiotic.
@@diannebdee Your second comment has nothing to do with your first comment, but nice try with attempting to mislead the conversation
The build up for Dany being a villain should've been stretched out longer. Make her do something evil. Don't flip the switch after two episodes. Then kill her at the end because of it!
LA Clippers I agree ! I felt they just wanted to finish the show
She was always evil. Look at how she condemned Doreah to death by starvation or suffocation or be raped and cannibalized by Xaro in Season 2. Opposed to how the Starks just executed those codemned. She had this cruelty the Starks didn;t
@@mattteomatei3610 Xaro, stole from her and wanted to kill her. He was no friend. There's a huge difference between killing someone who wanted to steal from and kill you to committing genocide.

I literally had the same reaction when Drogon took Danny. What an emotional, but beautiful scene!
Very bittersweet
yep, very very sad really.
*This slop which the writers poured on the faces of people, and not a beautiful scene.*
But kinda forgot about the murderers.
Bran pardons Tyrion and makes him hand of the king.
Bran sentences his brother to life imprisonment even though he is the one true king.
What a joke!
ErichWilliam Yeah, he does it to make “Peace” with the Unsullied, who turn around and just go to Naath anyway.
@@danh.5998 Guess Bran didnt see that? The writers are so dumb its comical.
Guys, Jon is unhappy and depressed whenever he is given power. Beyond the wall with the freefolk is where he feels happy. He got a happy ending; bittersweet if you count that he killed the woman he loved
@@partizanlegis Im not saying Jon should have been made king. Im saying if you are pardoning committers of treason, then pardon Jon, and let him decide what to do next. And then have his character choose the north. Thats 100x better than what we got. Considering all the people that are like "oh but the Unsullied want him dead" but they all just get on a ship and leave anyway.
@@iceman10129 I agree with your reasoning, fear for the Unsullied is a weak argument since they would depart for the Isle of Naath anyway. And having a Night's Watch is meaningless since the Wildilings are allies of the North and the White Walkers are gone. I would have preferred Bran to have Jon exiled beyond the Wall, that would seem like punishment but in reality it would have made Jon happy since he always belonged with the freefolk
What got me most was Drogon's reaction...he's so heartbroken...he wants his mommy and she's gone... :(
It wasn't until after I watched it the second time that I realized when Jon looked back he was saying goodbye to the South, the Nights Watch and his family. Bran sent him to the Nights Watch knowing that Jon would go to the True North to live out his days with the people that owe him all their lives. I believe that this is also why Bran chose to agree to become King. He was the only person that would be able to give Jon what he wanted his freedom. I believe Jon did fulfill the Azor Ahai, Prince that was promised prophecy, he brought forth Light Bringer by putting a dagger through Dany's Heart which ushered in a new dawn.
She did say basically "Join me and together we will (rule the galaxy) build a better world together"

Dany is a tragic character. I wish the show in the last two seasons cared enough to give us time to really get into these characters and allow the actors to dig their teeth into the arcs that we see in this episode.
It’s just efficiency killed this show. The writers had no time to let characters and the story feel organic and earned. The character that suffers the most from this is Dany. Emilia Clarke has been wonderful, series best acting from her, I just wish their was more for her character.
solarge knowles I agree.
Her decent into being the “mad queen” felt so rushed and it didn’t feel right as a result.
But at the same time, Rhaegal was killed so in theory she wouldn’t want to wait to get revenge. So in a way the speed makes sense but they needed the extra episodes this season to really get the full effect from these character arcs!
cosmos5532 I didn’t say I didn’t see it coming, so chill.
Her descent since season 8 started accelerated at a speed a lot of fans feel was rushed. That doesn’t mean we didn’t see it coming. Hope you get my point.
cosmos5532 ok but we all knew that and you’ve missed the point I was making to the original poster.

God damn, this show needed those 2 extra seasons HBO offered the showrunners. I didn't feel anything watching this episode. I'll never forget what the show was. Can't wait for the books to finish to experience the true route towards this ending.
This entire finale was hollow because the show has zero replay value. Knowing what they do to Night King, Dany and Jon makes it worthless. To take Bran and Mr. fail up aka Tyrion as the most powerful men in the end is absurd.
Demented damn dude let the man have his opinion. How is he a brainless sheep for thinking differently to you?
I honestly don't think George is going to finish the books. He's been working on the prequels he started like 2 years ago. I've read the first 4, and I'm still happy with what the show has given us.

Even though i knew it was gonna happen. Seeing that scene with jon killing dany and drogon reaction still made me depressed.
I think the only thing that made me genuinely happy this season was that Danaerys' body was carried away by Drogon. I'm not saying I'm rather happy she died, I hated how they got rid of a character with so much potential, but I have a feeling what her dragon did was rather symbolic.
A part of me feels he carried her body back to the ancient city of Valaryia, due to the fact that's where dragons and Danaerys' bloodline (the Targaryens) originated from anyways. I'm just happy her body wasn't burned or handled by the people that didn't give two shits about her (Sansa, Jon, or the North). I'm also happy she didn't get left in Westeros - the corrupt place and people that killed her in the first place.
In the end, we can look at it like Danaerys and Drogon/Khal Drogo were reunited in death somehow.

Drogon will take Dany's body to Valyria and rumor has it that she will rise again😢 RIP Khaleesi
Volantis or Asshai to be resurrected by Kinvara or Quaithe.
This could be continued. Bran is real the villain.
Mike Hoot -they should make a show where it starts on what you said
I agree with the Anakin comparison. Dany trying to convince Jon to break the wheel with her made me think of Anakin on Mustafar trying to convince Padmé to rule the galaxy together.
When drogon was nudging dany omg I cried so much 😢
About Dany: her vision in the House of the Undying was a huge spoiler: the half destroyed throne room covered in ashes, even if it might look like snow (probably a reference to Jon) where she is so close to the Iron Throne, but she can't touch it (we see the tips and especially the pummels of some of the swords)...that is, you won't get it, Dany ^^
Then she walks outside the gate of Castle Black through the Wall and reaches a tent where Khal Drogo and her son Rhaego are waiting for her (hint: the "North", that is a Northener, will kill her).
About Drogon: in the books it's clearly said that dragons are much more intelligent than an ordinary beast (in the TV show it's hinted). Drogon doesn't kill Jon because he understands that Dany has been killed by her obsession for the Iron Throne, so he melts it, closing the circle (as Balerion the Black Dread had forged it).
I think he's flying to Valyria now, homeland of the dragons and House Targaryen...BUT (I think it will never happen ofc) if someone would, one day, go on with the series, all he has to do is to fly over Essos, get the attention of a red priest and have Dany resurrected (in the end, dragons are the source of magic...and the spell should be even easier if casted while being close to a dragon...ehm ^^).
About the enemy? Who knows what Arya will find in the unknown lands, West of Westeros... (I repeat...I'm just fantasizing a bit :) )
Finally, Bran (who says that he will probably be able to find Drogon... ^^ ) sends Jon to the Wall because he knows about his "farewell dialogue" with Tormund: Jon will be happy with the Free Folk (and with Ghost), so...Leggi tutto Mostra meno
it shouldnt even be a spoiler its just dumb and dumber that made it the ending fkng morons got is garbage now sad
@@hallucy2215 I think this is the ending GRRM had in mind, with the throne room blasted and snow falling. So I'm okay with that. I really liked the foreshadowing in The House of the Undying. because I remember it felt like some far-away dream, a dystopia where House Lannister would be gone ("and now the rains weep o'er their halls") and Winter had finally come....and now that it was finally here after 7 years of waiting, it felt...underwhelming. Because of D&D's awful writing there was no build-up in Dany's character arc, it was all so hastily done :(
I agree 100%! Dany is my favorite character. Her story at the end should have been different. Dany & Jon should have started a family at the end of the finale while they go North together! The End.
Darla Rabesca whaaaaat...
Although it felt rushed I think this was a GRRM ending, if you pay attention some of the writing was actually pretty good.
When Tyrion told Jon about Sansa not wanting Daenerys to be Queen, Jon said "they don't get to decide" and Tyrion response was but you do, then Dani said the same words and Jon knew he had to take action.
thank you to the cast, the crew, directors, and music composer! its been an amazing roller coaster
but FUCK the writers
Demented dumbest argument I’ve ever heard
iasbhz123 did i mention the writers in my thank you comment? no, duh lol
sivan ferna Miguel Sapochnik has done a damn good job directing in all the episodes hes done in the whole series so i dont know what you got against the director lol
Seeing Drogon burning the throne was so freaking satisfying
If you look at Jon's face while they were talking in the throne room, he was practically obviously begging her to say something good or regretful of the actions or remorse or anything that would make Jon still support her. He knew he needed to kill her but even at the last moment, he wanted her to say something right, she did not say the right things. Especially when she said, "they dont get to choose (whats good)". That did her in.
Since it's the last episode of the series, I just want to say that I've definitely enjoyed your reactions. You guys have a great dynamic. You're not one of these wannabe professional critics on RUclips. You're regular people with genuine reactions - which is the actual point -
Thanks. Keep posting, ill toon in.
Danaerys was the last death in this show.
The melting of the iron throne reminded me of lord of the rings when they melted the ring.
It was poorly executed, I felt nothing when jon killed Daenerys. And she has been one of my favorites for a while.
I think a lot of people expected it to happen - the element of surprise was gone, and it was just all... so empty.
Probably becuz she just massacred a whole fucking city... who would feel sympathy for her... she killed more people than the most evil people on the show combined
@@fortyseven1476 Exactly! She is worse than Cersei ever was.
GoT season 8 finale can be polished
Epi 1 - build up, reunion, last words, jon riding rhaegal, jon snow found out his true parentage
Epi 2 - jon snow told dany about his bloodline before war of winterfell, dany was in disbelief and partially suspicious to jon
Epi 3 - winterfell destroyed by night king, half characters died, jon snow and other char escape to south, beric save arya, arya did mercy killing to beric when he was turned into white walker by the NK, red woman to arya "what do we say to the god of death?". Arya "not today". sam died saving gilly and little sam, briene died saving sansa, theon charging to nk but raises all the dead, theon died saving bran, jaime "push" bran's wheelchair and save tyrion they escaped the rubble of winterfell, jorah died to let dany escape, greyworm died saving messandei
Epi 4 - riverrun battle, it destroyed by nk, nk killed bran and red woman using viserion blue fire creating permanent long night, nk almost killed jon during dragon fight, dany save jon, dany fell from drogon, drogon killed viserion, nk fell from viserion, dany trying to protect herself from nk but nk killed dany on the ground stabbed in her heart, sacrifice herself to save jon, dany last words to jon "please take care of drogon and rhaegal" jon can't get close to nk due to waves of undead, jon rides rhaegal to burn all his undead armies and him but moments before jon say "dracarys", a white walker beric jumps close to nk, nk grab beric, beric drop the valyrian dagger, grab by the other hand and stab the nk, nk died and his other armies, white walker beric did not die, remove his face. It was arya fucking stark. Jon was surprised and did not dracarys but landed instead to hug arya. Jon went back to dead dany thanking her and crying for his last targaryen relative. Arya will become the next night queen coz whoever kill the nk, the curse will transfer to the killer
Epi 5 - arya went to beyond the wall before the curse fully controlled her, eyes forever shut, kings landing war, cersei using wildfire to those who are against her but the long night wither it, golden company assassinated drogon, jon snow got mad to cersei, jon just hide his true last name to everybody, jon declare war to cersei
Epi 6 - jon snow revenge to cersei, daario came to westeros with other half of golden company with elephants, cersei is losing, qyburn met jaime and told him cersei is getting crazy she's burning everyone and the red keep was full of wildfire ready to explode, jaime went to cersei and said "stop this madness" mountain vs hound (both died), bronn vs jon snow "you don't fight with honor" (fair fight jon won, bronn surrendered) but jaime warning jon and everyone to leave red keep coz there will be wildfire explosion, qyburn stop the wildfire explosion and save many people, qyburn escape the city and abandon cersei, cersei poisoned herself using "qyburn's poison" and set herself with wildfire, jaime was trying to stop her, cersei's last word "i'm so sorry for everything"
it was found out that qyburn was working on both parties(cersei and varys), kings landing conducted an election, varys was among other candidates, varys voted and won the iron throne(varys won the chess match against littlefinger)
"power resides where men believe it resides. It's a trick. A shadow on the wall. And a very small man can cast a very large shadow"
Varys to littlefinger "but what do we have left once we abandon the lie? Chaos, and it is a gaping pit waiting to swallow you"
ser davos, the hand of the king varys. Jaime, the commander of kings guard. Jon snow said "names and titles does not matter as long as you have good intentions to the realm, you deserve the iron throne". Jon snow hide his real name and bloodline to everybody "a secret that will be hidden until his deathbed just like eddard stark". Jon with rhaegal went to beyond the wall helping the free folks and rebuilding the wall before the return of his beloved sister who will turned into a night queen for the next generation and winter. Bronn as prisoner is helping jon to train the next generation of night's watch warrior(their oath was revised, no more deserter). Sansa was rebuilding the destroyed winterfell, ghost is safe in winterfell, gendry became the lord of stormsend and sad about what happen to arya. Tyrion, lord of casterly rock. Varys was still supporting qyburn's scientific projects but for medicinal and healing purposes only. Qyburn was building his laboratory in Volantis and helping sick people (where talisa stark was born, the one who save him from death)
Albert Einstein nobody cares About your fan fic
RIP Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen...The one true Queen...Sleep well Mysha & take care of yourself Drogon.....You did well
Previous episode: Nikki wears "Mother of Dragons" shirt.
This episode: Tyrion quote shirt.
XD!
Drogons sorrow was the most heartbreaking thing.💔
Yep but at least ghost got his hug😂😂😂
Poor Danny.. they turned her into an insane mad wicked person in one episode and then she gets killed. It doesnt make sense at all!!! She deserved so much more!! It really breaks my hearth.
I am right there with you about Star Wars! Daenerys = Anakin.
The showrunners made us Padme.
"He's gonna dracarys all over Daenerys... he's gonna burn Daenerys." Bruh, she don't burn. Hahaha
Loved watching this with you two.
Even though season was rushed, I still love the show.
This episode parallels Jamie becoming the Kingslayer.
Nope... Jon is actually queenslayer.. In more meanings than one :'D :'D
@@gregorbaby4269 Yep. Jamie the Kingslayer made the king., very first episode.
The Kingslayer is dead, long live the Queenslayer!
Loved the finale! Character arcs were wrapped up perfectly, and I loved the ending transitions between the three stark children. What an incredible series.
i came here after 3 yrs to say bran is the most evil person ever .he saw the future and let those ppl die so he can become king 🤮
NOTHING MATTERED. Jon's journey and revelations meant NOTHING. Arya's training meant NOTHING. Bran's powers meant NOTHING. NOTHING MATTERED!!! I need to know how this story actually ends. I need those last 2 books!!
they had grrms ending. the endings are the same.
tikki certain things will end the same, but how the story gets there will be entirely different. For instance the books will make sense.
JR M I agree. I’m so messed up about this ending. Maybe I made it personal but Jon snow is a lot like my husband always trying to do the right thing and pressing forwArd always being honorable no matter the costs and get nothing for it. I really hated the ending for Jon even though he did not want the iron throne but he deserved more than being banished to the night watch. I am so emotional 😭 I guess I’m just pathetic but I really wanted the good honorable man to take the throne. He had to do the hardest thing kill the woman he loved for the sake of the realm. He got banished!!! I hate this ending. At least game of thrones would have made it right for a good honorable man to be king. Really heartbroken 😭 Now. Call me pathetic but that is how I see this. Not fair!!
tikki not necessarily. He gave them his planned ending several years ago and with the way D&D have written this season, there’s no telling how much (if any) of George’s ending they actually used. GRRM could also have completely deviated from his original ending by now too. Even if this is basically how the books end, it will actually be a plausible version with plenty of actual character and plot development that justify the final result. It won’t be this rushed, poorly executed crap that D&D gave us. They were in such a rush to finish that they threw continuity and reason out the window and essentially made 90% of the journey to get to this point mean absolutely nothing.
@@magsguerra yeah exactly. For example when the writers talked about Arya killing the night king, they'd said that THEY FELT it would be more appropriate for her do that instead of jon
I'm actually not surprised she did this, she did say she'll burn cities to the ground and talked more and more about getting what she wanted & her destiny from the beginning, she was obviously growing thin with listening to everyone.
but the problem is not the ending but how quickly she just changed from "The Night king will kill us all" to "Let's me kill you all myself... now that the Night king is gone. I was Just jealous of him doing it"
Drogon burning down the Iron Throne was kinda emotional for me. He knew that it was the reason why his mother was going 'crazy' and that it wasn't Jon's fault. And when he picked her up to take her away, it was so beautiful and sad. Dragons in the world of ASOIAF are really smart creatures, he understood who the real threat was.
the writing is rushed but nonetheless the cinematography, music, directing, acting, is all the best you’ll ever get in a show, it’ll always be my favorite show :) also don’t get it twisted, this is also the ending and plot points for the books but it’ll be address more and with more story telling
That drogon scene was everything, he understood the situation and forgave Jon and deep down knew why he had to do it
The 3 Eyed Raven played everybody. He was behind it all. True villain of the series. Worst part is nobody ever figured it out. "Why do you think I came all this way?". He set everything up to become king which means he's responsible for all those deaths.
Yup. He is littlefinger with the power of being able to see the past, present and future.
Negan: I usually kill one person off the bat to keep everyone in line.
Dany: Hold my beer.
I get it. I can see Danayeres dying in the last episode, but I'm way sadder than I thought I'd be.
Plus, how can she be alone not guarded.. right after becoming Queen???
That's ridiculous.
Matt A *Daenerys
Drogon making that throne wheelchair accessible
When step back and look at things Drogon is the one who lost everything! He lost his brothers and watched them both die at that and now he’s an orphan and the last of his kind flying east to hopefully home ( Valyria ) with his mother’s body all alone 😭😭😭 like maester Aemon said “ A Targaryen alone in the world, is a terrible thing. “
Hugo Alonzo yes how can he go on?
Thank you Game of Thrones for all the memories the past decade!
In her visions at the house of the unbroken, after touching the throne, she heard her baby cry and went to him and Khal Drogo. In hindsight, I think that represents her death.
Kudos to Peter Dinklage. That was incredible acting. And Emilia sold it too. Even real good subtle acting by Kit. That were incredible powerful scenes between Tyrion & Jon and Jon & Daenerys.
you have underestimated the intelligence of those dragons, purely.
Well.they ARE intelligent, logically he would have burned Jon. Targaryen or not, a dragon's rage when they lose their rider is unimaginable. In the books they kill kin and Targs alike when grieving. He was dead meat, just dumb writing again. The Dothraki and Unsullied would have attacked too not fucked off since the Dothraki were all chosen as Dany's bloodriders in Season 6 and bloodriders always follow their khal to the death. Other Dothraki just choose the next strong leader but since they were her bloodriders they would have avenged her, this was soooo duuumb all of it.
No Wonder why Cersei hates Tyrion from the beggining of this show...😞
True...
She hates him because he killed his mother when he was born that's all
Dany was always a child. She was never an altruist, just barreled through anything in her way. She lost advisers and her children and all alone with the power she wielded, unleashed her fury. So many tragic characters, it was always gonna end bitter sweet. Thanks for reacting.
Nikki’s reaction when Drogon destroyed the Iron Throne is perfect. “He’s pissed, he’s had it, he’s done!!” Nikki, you are absolutely adorable and the two of you are perfect together. I love it!!!
“Fuck your iron throne , I’m taking my mom and we are leaving” 😂 love it.
Live for your commentary I cried like a baby when Jon killed our queen and the whole scene with drogon destroying the throne and taking her away.
The Unsullied had more soldiers in this episode than they had when dany took them.
Continuity? What’s that? Lol
The dialog, acting and cinematography was incredible!! BITTERSWEET IT WAS!!
fantastic stuff. Good storytelling but beautiful cinematography throughout this entire season and no TV show has ever come close... same with the score. Truly amazing stuff.
Emilia in the speech is like THE REAL QUEEN
Thanks for making this season a bit more fun to watch, I came back here every week to see what you guys had to say. Good luck going forward!
Haters be damned. I liked this episode a lot. It wasn't a perfect season, but the end was great I thought. Everyone wound up where they should be. Bronn got his castle, Pod got knighted, Dany got shanked, and Jon petted Ghost. Fine by me.
Yes. It's not good ending but it's a lot nice, not hate it.
Lol. You're the same person who gives out 9th place trophies aren't you
@@XxMVPxDawg lol 🤣😂🤣😂
Omg, one of the few reactions I've been waiting for!!! Along with Blind Wave, Hogwarts Reacts and a couple others.
Brett Penning lol same
The Normies are really good if you haven't seen them. But Hannah (Hogwarts) is lowkey the best reactor
Brett Penning what about The Normies and Burlington Bar?
burlington bars gonna be lit
Burlington is good but Normies talk to much for me lol
You guys are my all time favorite reaction channel. You both seem like very cool people and Nikki absolutely rocks that pixie cut! I wish you good fortune in the future.
CrazyLife2112 *Good fortune in the wars to come.
You're not wrong about the Anakin parallels, Steven. Only difference is people knew it was coming for him.
I think people are so in love with Daenerys character that they completely bypass the hints of her madness.
Seeing Daenerys getting mad in one sec, is like seeing bran on his feet dancing this is how ridiculous it was
Reboot ten years from now = Daario Naharis ruler of Meereen and the bay of dragons(slavers bay) vs the Starks
He kills Bran to avenge Dany and takes over Westeros starting a war vs Sansa queen of the North, Jon king beyond the wall and Arya conqueror of the new world
Can I join him? How do we sign up?
I've been wondering if Nikki would be wearing her Mother of Dragons shirt. Tyrion was definitely a great choice.
Tywin Lannister: You father was a good man. What killed him?
Arya Stark: Loyalty.
Steven: Is he taking her home??
Nikki: That did it!! 😭😭😭
😂😂😂
What's funny is that for all the slaughtering Dany did, her weakness in not killing Tyrion and Jon was her undoing.
Rest in peace my queen 🙏🐲👑
