The show was kinda loose and vague about what exactly the Three-eyed Raven could see, but in the books it’s established that he could only see what the Weirwood Trees see/saw. The Raven’s sight down south was limited as very few Weirdwood trees remained in the south anymore. Presumably the Weirwoods only existed on the Westeros continent, so he cannot see what’s happening in Essos, or west of Westeros.

I mean they spent years developing characters just to end it in six episodes. The Night King should've had at least half a full season dedicated to him. I mean they spent an entire season torturing Theon and killed the Night King in a single episode without him saying a word. Also Daenerys going evil made pretty much no sense, despite it being foreshadowed for the entire series when it came down to her character actually transitioning into the Mad Queen they had no actual development and it just felt incredibly rushed.

It’s not their fault. It’s RR martin’s fault for not finishing the books for years now. They couldn’t have kept the show going without source material for 7 years. And they consulted him every step of the way too on how the show should end.
They did a great job when they had source material in earlier seasons.
I think he tested the waters with them, figured out most people hated it and made them scapegoats.
And know he is stuck and doesn’t want people to see his ending ruined everything by releasing the books.

Which means Sansa can just bring in Jon to Winterfell and name him King or just let him live there since Bran nor the Unsullied can enforce his exile in a Kingdom they have no authority in. It is context to the story people are missing not the writing.
      Game(chess or cards) of throne(s)
Hearts (who is alive at the end) Diamonds (who has things they look forward to achieving in the future) spades (who is buried and why) clubs (who died fighting for something they never would obtain)
To understand the characters you treat them like people playing poker. To understand the song of ice and fire you treat them as pieces on a chess board. Look at how all the characters who are tied to the iron throne change their clothing. Cersei, Olenna, Daenerys all go into black outfits but hey if they all wore white first that would be too much of a tell. The way you treat the story needs to change and the writing defends its self if you do that. What can’t you have in chess, a past. The move you make is set, the only way you over come a wrong move is if you forget the past and focus on the present and the future. Daenerys always wanted the throne.
Now you have context for the story and what are the thing both poker and chess share. The 5 rules Tyrion never stuck to and the fact that you never go and play poker or chess with literal intentions. They are played by watching and reading your opponent so you can learn their tells. You look for literal meaning in game of thrones you will not get a pleasant ending. You play it like the game it is built upon you get the answers you want as you are playing the game correctly. Figuratively and metaphoric meanings.
Bran the broken (woken, spoken, token, arson, dragon) the show is epic bran is the silent protagonist. You look at the literal and you fail to see the candy (honeycomb) that ignites the tale.

Pause at 2:45. A boat waiting for Jon to take him away while the other starks watch him go. That resembles LOTR final scene where Frodo leaves on to a ship while the three hobbits see him go.
LOTR and GOT. Two of the greatest epics have a final scene so similar.

What do you mean? It's beautiful, can't you see ? Every Stark children go on their own adventure. Jon, Sansa and Bran as leaders, Arya is more an Independent spirit. It suits her very well to go on her own, discovering the uknown. I believe her choice comes from the grief to loosing Jon, and also not being able to be Gendry's lady. Because she's not a lady. Remember before the Night King's army, and before Danaerys, Jon had vowed to be part of the night's watch for the rest of his life, but instead, he had a very cool life ! He achieved so much ! And now he found a place where he belongs. He's going to be a Wolf. A free spirit. Among the wildlings. With Ghost and Giantbane. Isn't this cool ?

Free from the huge shadow Ned shed upon him. Confident that he’s an equal among the people north of the wall. Where he can love and be free of tradition south of the wall. Personally, I feel like making Jon king, while it would definitely be the most popular outcome among fans, would be a lil bit cliché especially for a show like GOT... this ending however, was a complete letdown... a better ending would've been, let Sansa be Queen, Bran be Hand, and let Jon live out the rest of his life, wealthy and free as Lord of House Tragryen. As for Arya, she's the only one who got not only the ending she deserved and desired, but one that was most fitting for her character.
A simple way to end the show on an amazing note would be to have Arya set sail the way she did (maybe just have her switch her face to Jaqen H'ghar's, a much more anonymous face as she sets off into the unkown)... Bran in the same tower he was pushed from as a kid, dragging himself to the window and throwing himself out... and all you see is a raven fly across the open window and you hear its caw... Jon exploring some dusty old, abandoned place beneath his new home, only to discover a single dragon's egg... and Brienne preparing two longswords and Sansa enters dressed for training... idk, I feel like that would leave the story so much more open-ended and allow for the viewer's imagination to run free.

I’d like to think Jon goes beyond the wall and actually discovers the Night Kings kingdom, which ends up dwarfing king’s Landing and the other kingdoms combined. Lots of uncharted land with still more secrets to uncover. Drogon takes Danny’s body to the red mages who resurrect her, and we get answers as to who their god really is, and why he brought Jon and Danny back from the dead. And in the end all monarchy is abolished, the wheel is finally broken. Bran was actually the badguy all along and the nightking wanted to stop him.

Try again. His family didn't sentence him. Sansa and Arya fought for his release as Tyrion literally tells Jon this. Freeing Jon would've been an act of war against what remained of Dany's army. Sansa wanted him to remain King, before and after, he killed Daenerys. How you all are coming to the conclusion that the Stark's are somehow backstabbing Jon, is mindboggling..

Didn't he say that the ending was disappointing? Also didn't Tormund and the Wildlings come South for land and to farm? I never really bought Jon's whole "I don't want it" attitude on the show. It isn't very believable. It's not how he used to act before he became a wimp. Furthermore, I would like to say why would Dorne support Dany after she burned all of KL to the ground. Yara might be heartless and cruel but the Dornish always seemed more moral. Oberyn or Doran would never have agreed to that. The Iron Islands lost most of its fleet and had a massive civil war. White Harbor most likely has a stronger navy at this point.
