imo if you need some extra elbow grease to clean your headphones, AMMONIA FREE window cleaner is the way to go. only use it if you need it though, if they aren't dirty, using a few drops of distilled water is also safe and good to use.

hi, is it possible for you to review the moondrop chu 2? i am deciding between salnotes zero or chu 2 (or maybe chu because of the spring tips)

      I'm not sure yet... 😅

I'll try to help, by researching.
From my research online. The Chu 2 is probably more worth it for the long run. The Chu 2 has easy to remove nozzle filters and removable cables. This 2 reasons alone could persuade me to opt for this instead of the Zero. But, the Zero has resin or plastic body. Even though it doesn't give a premium feeling. There's no paint to chip, unlike the Chus. Moondrop claimed that they have refined the paint durability, but I doubt it.
From the sound perspective, looking and comparing the 2 graphs looks like the Chu 2, might gives a fun listening experience. Closer to the Zero. Which means more of a V-Shaped tuning. While the OG Chu looks a lot flatter in comparison. The treble of the Chu 2 emphasized other frequencies different from the Chu. Chu 2 might have similar brightness like the Chu.
Overall, I think the Chu 2 is better for the long run. If you're looking for a pretty good bass punch. The Chu 2 could give you that.
Due to the similarities of the graph readings between the Chu and Chu 2. I think the Chu 2 will work great if you listen to a lot of JPop, JRock, Pop, EDM, and probably Rock too.

Don't worry about the springtips, they're comfortable, but rather sticky and not really durable.

@@TechieFelixLP Yoo thank you for all this info!! I’m probably going to switch but I had one more question. I have the iq podz 06 and they have done me well but the only reason I’m thinking of switching is because I think that I’m not experiencing the best/good results. How would u compare the chu 2 (or other iems under the $30 range) to like AirPods or iq podz 06 (Bluetooth headphones earbuds that sound good). And is it worth switching to iems?
Btw a few things about the iq podz is that when you stop playing sound, I can literally hear the computer or whatever inside lol. Also how would the chu 2 compare to like Apple wired headphones too. Srry if this too much lol 😂
