    I'am suffering from calcium deficiency and I have been consuming sesame seeds for a month ..My prblm has reduced ,not completely but I'm happy with its result ..I did not know about jaggery as a good source of calcium .. I'll consume it with sesame seeds.. thank you for making useful videos 🙏

      According to Rajiv Dixit(The Greatest ayurvedic doctor), Chuna is the best calcium source. Just buy chuna from paanwala , not from paint shop and add half teaspoon into dal and consume it.
      In defence, the mess uses refined oil. So be careful.

    Hi Fit Tuber, please add 1 more recepie of making easy and tasty til gud ladoos. After roasting til add gud and 1 spoon ghee in the mixture grinder. Grind all 3 together carefully, then shape the mixture into ladoos. Very easy, super tasty and til also gets grinded for maximum benefits.

      No . These ladies should be consumed from Oct to Feb. U can do weekly body massage with sesame oil. Helps a lot. In Winters, apply sesame oil without missing for a single day. See the difference in skin, pain, cold .

    Good video but there is one very important detail that you missed: there are two types of Sesame seeds: hulled and unhulled. 90% of the Calcium in sesame seeds is found in the hull. Unhulled sesame seeds have a brownish color while hulled sesame seeds have a white color. If you make the laddu using hulled sesame seeds you will not get any benefit.

    One doubt. Usually Iron and Calcium are not supposed to be eaten together, else they don't get absorb completely in the body.
    So, will not eating them together will be a bad choice? because Sesame Seeds are high in calcium and Jiggery is high in iron.
