My mother and I tonight tried your recipe today in the instant pot. We walked through the entire steps. The finish pork chops were so juicy tender and the gravy made with the left over juice for the mash potatoes was so delicious. We definitely will be using this recipe again. This was the first time my mom used her instant pot and I bought it for early this year 2019. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

Great recipe, great taste. I changed it up a little the second time I cooked it. At the end I took out the pork, threw a few cups of hot water in, turned on sauté and brought it to a boil. Threw in some 3 minute chow mien noodles and boiled em till cooked and used that as the side. It was great

I measure the success of a recipe by the number of seconds that my daughter (the pickiest eater ever) requests..
So in this case I give this recipe 3 out of 3! It was delicious and when my kids want seconds and thirds.. you know it is a great recipe! Thank you!

Made this Saturday night, first meal in my pot. My family LOVED it! The chops were so tender we didn’t need a knife.

Made this today, it was great. I have a 6-quart (generic) Instapot, therefore could not fit four chops (three max, at that size). Because I was concerned about the universal "1.5 cup minimum" thing, I stuck with your full compliment of Honey and Shoyu, used a lot more bacon though and a little citrus zest to cut the Shoyu a bit. It was great, and plenty of (thickened) leftover sauce for rice and other dishes tomorrow. Great recipe all around, thank you.

I tried this and it was delicious. I did add a bit of orange zest at the end as I love orange with most pork dishes.
