Just watched this precious video and HAD to let you know that I forwarded it immediately to both of my grown children…my 54 yr old firefighter son and my 43yr old designer/artist daughter as well as my two closest friends. You are 100% charming and 1000% entertaining with your mad chef skills and I thank you for making each of us laugh in the midst of all this world chaos. GOD IS SOOOOOO GOOD🙏🏼💞
I've spent 50 years in the food service business and I've seen it all and Cowboy Kent - still brings smiles/laughs to this ole Chef - and a insight or too, also!
Kent your passion for wholesome family cooking saved my marriage. Just having that "at home" passion in what you do really helped us bond over real family cooking. You're now a household in our home in Chalfont PA! Lots of love from mine to yours.
Hi from Australia. This just has to be one of the most brilliant entertaining partnerships on RUclips. The cooking tips are great as are the background laughs.
I so wish i wasn't so far away. I'd love to meet you one day. Thank you for all that you do.... teaching, cooking, and spreading joy and happiness. It's so obvious that you love what you do and that's the key to everything
Finally! A wonderful sauce for pan seared pork chops. You don't know how long I've been looking for something like this. When we make pork chops I have to wrestle the cast iron skillet away from my husband or he makes cream gravy that you could use as glue to wallpaper the kitchen. I kid you not. And he seasons it by splashing in Lone Star. This looks amazing. Thanks! (Ok I love you saying Mom and Dad about yourselves talking to the woobits. Err, dogs. You're good people!)
We fixed this tonight and they were definitely the BEST pork chops I have ever tasted! The sauce is so easy to make and it is simply awesome. Thanks for another great recipe, Kent!
I made this recipe, using what I had on hand (four skinny, boneless porkchops), reduced the searing time to 3 minutes on each side, and they turned out great. So tasty! I had to substitute a slice of finely diced regular onion, but I even had a little fresh thyme from my half-planted herb garden. Served the chops over noodles, with applesauce on the side. M-m-m! God bless you, brother! :)
Wow! I cooked your pan-seared pork chops tonight for my wife and grown son, and the crowd went wild! Super delicious, they were particularly taken with the sauce. Thanks!
Mr. Kent, I followed your recipe this evening and the result was fantastic!! This recipe eclipses (actually overpowers) any pork chop my wife and I have had in any restaurant. My lady is very particular about pork chops, you have her (and my) undivided attention to detail. Thank you for a delicious addition to our cuisine!
How can someone put a dislike on this video, Kent and Shannon are amazing kind people. We thank the Kent Rollins team for all the enjoyed food so far and more to come.
Just recently happened upon this channel within the last week, and I'm loving it! Great food, and great tips. You seem to enjoy what you're doing, adding in humor and personableness, which always results in an excellent video! Thank you.
Started checking out Kent's cooking videos the other night and my wife says, "why are you watching that cowboy? Turn that off, I'm trying to sleep." Well, yesterday I took out our 12 inch cast iron skillet, removed the sticky buildup that I thought was "good" seasoning and re-seasoned it according to Kent's instructions. Cleaned our oven too while I was at it. Today I marinated some nice pork chops, threw them in the fridge for a few hours and then tossed them in my medium hot, rejuvenated pan. The meat cooked up just like in the video and then I made the sauce. Wow!!! The pork was so tender and flavorful with a hint of lime and the sauce simply amazing. We enjoyed these chops with some of my wife's creamed spinach (which is delicious as well) and she says, "we need to try more of that cowboy's cooking."
Thank you Kent and Shannon for bringing us the great tastes of home.! Reminds me of the home-cooked meals of my youth... Give a special bite to "The Beag", he needs his own episode for all his hard work and "Tail-wags".. My loving beagle just crossed the "Rainbow Bridge"... miss that pooch!!!, give the "beag" a hug from me..... God Bless...Peace!
Tried this one tonight for supper and it was fantastic!! The gravy takes a simple pan seared pork chop and puts it over the top. Thank you for sharing!!!!
Back for a refresher course. Made these about a month ago and they were a hit with the wife and family. They are on the menu for Sunday dinner, tonight. Thank you the recipe and please keep these video and recipes coming. God Bless!

The RUclips computer does that on popular channels. It somehow helps them track certain metrics. Most of them are not true dislikes made by humans.
Probably PETA types.
