To many good songs to have just one fav, but this one is way up on the list for all the reasons you give. I hope someday my granddaughter will love it as much as you, your mom, and I do. Love to sing along, but the older I get the harder it is to make it through with out my voice choking up with tears in my eyes. Just bring about such a feeling of inner connections to all my loved ones. It will be on my Celebration of Life play list.

Bush, probably one of the most underrated bands of the last 25 years songs like everything zen and an amazing cover like this .. the shoulda blew up much bigger in my opinion
Ju Cud they blew up very big in 95/96/97. Stadium tours, screaming girls etc. If I remember correctly, the NuMetal crap(with the exception of Deftones) started taking over around ‘98 and perhaps Gwen’s popularity started blowing up too so who knows. Regardless it would be great if he made a comeback, rock is sorely lacking and his voice and talent is outstanding!

My favorite performers are the ones that not only perform in the studio. But, also get it done live. Gavin is a true, performer. Kudos to Fleetwood Mac for letting this song exist so that everyone can enjoy, including different bands that have ways of branching off great versions. When people like this song. They'll see who the original perfromer is and, get to know Fleetwood Mac and the amazing work they produced and produce. And might become fans.

No one should sing this but Stevie and now GAVIN!! This is STELLAR!!! My older sis, God rest her, was the hugest Stevie fan ever. In her last years battling cancer this was our song. AND SHE LOVED BUSH, mainly because i introduced her. I was 15 years her junior and she taught me so much about everything really. This musical experience is full circle for me. She's dancing today. I just know it. Thank you, to everyone involved. ❤️

I can never get to the end of this without tears welling up. Gavin's voice marries perfectly with Chris's guitar; so much feeling, so much soul, but understated too. Just love this cover.
Gavin probably sang this song because like most of us we loved the original version. He must have appreciated the hauntingly Beauty of the lyrics. Growing older is a painful journey ... 72 years old here and I can really relate to it more than ever. That landslide will bring you down.. he did a magical version of it with his spin. Loved it.. no way to compare it to Stevie whom I loved since 1977! He simply sang a lovely version! Appreciate it the version for its purity of emotion he’s put into it ..

Never understood the negative connotation. Asian men have been wearing this hairstyle a long time.
I disagree completely. First of all, one thing I know for sure is that no one can tell anyone what's canceled when you've lived as long as I have. Secondly, men have had long hair throughout history in different cultures and at some point needed to wear it back. Thirdly, in my opinion amongst many, men who wear long hair in an upkept manner are immediately more interesting looking and story-wise in my experience. Long hair on a man can be just as beautiful as on a woman. Hozier's hair is beautiful up or down. My 4 yr old grandson's beautiful curly hair would be entirely wasted were it cut off. I'm certain this is true for any beautiful hair. Beautiful hair is beautiful hair. Absolutely no long hair judgment here.

Breathtaking! I think this is one of the softest songs I've ever seen him sing.
This video really shows off his vocal mastery. Most singers consider their ability to sing a musical instrument just like a guitar is a musical instrument. In his case this is true. To have the vocal range and the depth of tone he has is an incredible gift.

Landslide is one of my favorite songs. There are literally hundreds of covers of this song. Most of them somehow detract from the original in the way that they don't seem as genuine. This cover, for me at least, is easily the best one. I've been listening to this version over and over again since it came up on RUclips. I wish they had this version on Spotify!!
Agree. It's because Landslide'is not a 'happy song'. It speaks to our doubt & confusion, the need to grow & change... big themes. If you want to capture this song, you need to understand it's depth... it ain't about hitting pretty notes.
