Luck's brilliant mind and constant determination to get better & achieve are the characteristics that are noteworthy in this brief clip. Few QBs are better than Luck. I maintain had Luck stayed healthy, he (probably) could have amassed 400+ TDs over his career, with a Super Bowl victory or two.
As a colts fan this video brings me so much happiness and sadness at the same time. We ruined a generational great. Watching Andrew Luck spin it was some of my happiest memories
luck was the start of teams killing rookie qbs in year one. now look at the nfl today, the only 2 qbs who have sat their rookie year recently were love and now penix. on the other side theres bryce young, zach wilson, kenny pickett, mac jones, all benched after terrible year ones
The Colts failed to give Luck, a suitable offensive line for protection. Once a team has the QB, then the team needs to provide protection for that QB. Luck was a rare and distinctive QB, with all the physical and mental attributes for greatness.
Luck is so sick with it that he doesn't even erase the board to draw a new play. Gruden knew he was the shit so he was just chillin. "Music to my ears."..
Jason X I could be totally wrong here, but when Gruden is firing those plays off and Luck is drawing them all out on the board like an offensive coach.. I don't see RGIII (or many other QB's at the age Luck was here) being able to do that.
As a Colts fan, we all cried when Peyton left and looked at this new dorky, nerdlike kid with boredom. But oh my, how do we like him now! I love this kid!
Eric Cartman Not true at all, at least for me when i thought there was no possible way the Colts would get rid of Peyton, i knew Luck was our guy he has the killer instinct to win like Manning use to
Vicki Fish We all didn't.. I was hoping they weren't gonna' pass on Luck and try to keep Manning for another few years, of course I could have just as easily been wrong.. thank God Luck has been better than advertised!
Real football people knew exactly who, and what Andrew Luck was, and was capable of. Exceptional talent, and intelligence in a body frame built for it. C A
Luck was probably one of the greatest quaterback prospects ever to come out of college. But the Colts wasted him and failed to protect him. Then injuries took over.
jhfstyle24 Gaming Andrew Luck was and is a quarterback of a generation. Russell Wilson had the best running game in NCAA at Wisconsin and at Seattle. I will be down in San Diego in the fall at the Whitfield camp, I will ask Hank what his opinion his.
Kelly Fontes Hank? I don't really care what analysts think. The point is that Gruden came out and said wilson is the best player in the draft if he is four inches taller and the obvious top pick.
Imagine how fucking incompetent you would have to be to piss away this talent and love for the game. Grigson, Pagano and especially Irsay will hopefully be infamous for laying a giant shit on a generational talent. I mean the Lions are still the worst since they killed two generational talents careers with their ineptitude but god damn that's a low bar for a professional sports franchise.
It's because a legendary quarterback comes about once every 15 years. 1983-John Elway (drafted by Colts) 1998-Peyton Manning 2012-Andrew Luck 2033-Marshall Williams Manning (21 year span) Peyton's son will be eligible to enter the draft by then...
our fearless leader for the next 15yrs or so...should be an interesting ride...#12InLuckWeTrust...now we have got to get our "D" right...and stop being soft on that side of the ball..we were soft even when Tony D was here!..and that was just wrong..homie was a defensive guru...made no sense
“You great players…” he knew from then.
Who’s here after Andrew luck retired
Me just to see his personality. He seems a little down

he was the poster child of a terrible team deliberately losing games to get the "hope and pray" quarterback and then not having an offensive line
Noticing that you DVR, this makes me realize how much time has passed
"That would have been an ncaa violation" Lmao!
not anymore lol
Anyone here in 2024?
12/11/2024

We all love football man

Colts did not have an offensive line

The more time goes by the more i think it was pretty badass Luck just said, nah, I'm good
One of the smartest nfl players of all time and he said “after careful consideration, peace the F out”
Gruden was in love with this man.
It’s sad to see Andrew luck go...
So much knowledge of the game
Andrew Luck seems like a nice guy!
This video will blow up. Andrew Luck had the talent to be a Top 15 QB all time.
More like top 10,if not better bro... come on now
Nah top 2
Didn't happen
Just imagine if the Colts had a defense and a offensive line...
Richard A. He’s got that now
It's only gonna get better from here, we have 120 mil in free agency and a young team that's only gonna get better.
he has that now
Han Solo didn’t age well
Welp this didn't age very well did it...
I miss both of these guys.
I miss him. 😭
Mass Andrew luck playing . Him throwing to T.Y. There was a game when they played GB I will never forget.
What about the comeback against KC. Colts fan here luck was magic
Omg the old Comcast on demand pause graphics. Fuck me that just brought back memories.
And to think there were a few scouts back in 2012 who said RG3 was the better qb....
Jason X I could be totally wrong here, but when Gruden is firing those plays off and Luck is drawing them all out on the board like an offensive coach.. I don't see RGIII (or many other QB's at the age Luck was here) being able to do that.
Jason X and they’re right so far...
I mean, its not like Andrew Luck grew up as the son of an NFL quarterback like the other guys in his draft class. Oh wait.........
Spider 3 Y Banana, legendary vid
Gruden is infectious
Love that this has really good quality.
"You hit that sucker..." lol
"That would have been an NCAA violation." That's just sad
Every time I watch this I shed a tear for what could have been a long and illustrious career had the colts decided to build an oline for this man
How many coaches line up and play corner for a few plays?
John Schreckengost another one here
andrew luck laughs like frank the tank from old school
8:49 "I was banned from throwing fades" haha.
This guy could have been one of the all time greats if the colts hadn't destroyed him.
Damn. This is sad 😥
JT from the Howard Stern show was great on the whiteboard and a great QB.
"train killas on three" 😆
As a Colts fan, we all cried when Peyton left and looked at this new dorky, nerdlike kid with boredom. But oh my, how do we like him now! I love this kid!
Most colts fans wanted Ryan leaf back then too. LOL

This aged well
THIS GOT ME FEELING NICEY
This reminds me of a simple time w grandpa in the living room

It been smart he came back to coach n coach the QB hec had on the show
They give you free Gatorade or anything like. No that would have been an NCAA violation.
Do you happen to have the full upload of this all in one video? NinoMediaTV
Here after coach gruden got hired at barstool
Hard not to like Gruden. The guy absolutely oozes charisma
What a legend
Please Luck never shave again
Let me feel some accuracy...MOVE YOUR FEET ON A 7 STEPPER LUCK!!!
This video is nostalgic as fuck
Luck was probably one of the greatest quaterback prospects ever to come out of college. But the Colts wasted him and failed to protect him. Then injuries took over.
Gruden, the man who won with another guys team. jk. This is the most impressed Gruden has ever been with a QB after this sitdown.
Aside from wilson
So Gruden was more impressed with Wilson than Luck? Ok...
Kelly Fontes
He was.

andrew fleener and eartz gave me PTSD as a duck fab
Wish you a lot of success in your retirement from football, dude, you are a great player it's a shame injuries got in the way of your success =-^(
Great emotion
No discussion about the offensive line, or the lack of it. Luck never played a snap in the NFL with anything approaching an offensive line.
As a Texans fan... Manning... then this guy... UGH! Can't root for Luck because of his team, but damn is he good.
It's been a while, but you guys have a pretty good squad too now. I really wish Luck had a receiver like Hopkins.
Idk what anyone says gruden is one of the best coach’s ever !! He makes anyone better
Spider 3 Y Banana!
I really wanted to see them commercials
Watching this wondering what he would have made in Nil

Bryan P what about Montana, Brady, Marino, Favre, and Brees?
That Mahomes QB playing in Kansas City might be one of those legendary QBs - after winning four or five Super Bowls.
Our Zion Williamson
Still a goat upload
Can't believe both these dudes are out of the NFL right now.
Please come back Andrew!
1cent quitters? Dude is tired of pissing blood, and you call him a quitter? Lol go get his injuries and then say he’s a quitter
why is this in my recommended 2019
Cause you watch videos. And a big portion of others that watch the same videos that you do, also watch this. That´s how YT works.
Luck will be the raiders qb in Vegas. Lol
6’4 240 beast
One giant step for mankind
respect, Nino
He was supposed to be up next
Hold your 4s up 8:03
I be honest y'all 😂😂😂 I was mad when Jon gruden stop the show to come back coaching 😂😂
Yes Sir Father Sir
Luck would be making a fortune had they started NIL his time in NCAA
It’s a crime gruden never got to coach Luck.
6:27 Gerald Henderson S/O
What about Peyton Manning? What did he say?
Could have edited the DVR shit out lol
It’s kinda cool seeing the old espn graphics and stuff in between

More like 7 years unfortunately. Technically 5 or 6 if you count his injuries.
I think only Russell Wilson could have done all the things Gruden asked Luck to do.
Walk through
If you could build a QB in a lab, it would be Andrew Luck
Should of asked him how likely he would be to retire bout 12 days from the season
Such a shame Luck called it quits. He was the epitome of a class act
now the colts have killed this once great qb. the bastards.
Wrong
proving to be the real deal
Like he said It’s coming back
TRIPS Formation
Lol this video is how i fast fwd
Like?
The best part of this video is not on this video. You left out the Peyton Manning part
Lmao the fact that you had to rewind because you fast forwarded too much has me dead

Nooo, I'm from 2033.
