This vinyl weeded REALLY easily! It cut nicely and didn’t tear or jam up in the more intricate design of the big moon. It didn’t lift under epoxy either. I didn’t seal this beforehand because I didn’t want to alter the test drive in any way. Normally, I would put a thin layer of UV resin or at least a clear matte spray paint layer. I only had a couple spots that had a little “dry spot” but my 2nd coat of epoxy took care of them.

After seeing this I’m even more lost on how to use it, missed the most important part of actually putting it on the cup 😭
The main thing I wanted to see was getting it from the cut to the transfer paper and apply. 😭

Great...I myself just got some vinyl from HTV Ront. I also got heat transfer vinyl. Has anyone tried it on a tumbler.. ok maybe that sounds stupid... hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
I have used htv on tumblers! Just not this brand.

@@gourdhead22 I think so…let me look at my rainbow brite fabric one, and anything with my rainbow holographic vinyl. One sec and I’ll check.
@@gourdhead22 shoot. I don’t see a single video that I used it. I like to hear the cup surface AND heat gun the back of the vinyl. I flatten it with my old cricut spatula. You can also use a mini iron if you have one.
So I got htvront adhesive vinyl with carrier sheet. I was told to peel off carrier sheet before I cut. So that would mean I lay sticky side right on my mat?
Unless they have another style that I have not worked with (which is very likely, since I haven’t tried very many of their vinyls), you would lay the clear/carrier sheet on the mat. That should be the backing. Hope that helps!!
