Sarah thank you for sharing! Before you try using the vinyl again, get some stickier transfer tape. It will make a big difference. When you were working with the bunny, it would have been easier to do if you used transfer tape. Looking forward to seeing more of your vinyl videos.
I have never attempted any vinyl projects for the same reason, but I think I may get out of my comfort zone and give it a play. Thank you so very much. You are very inspirational to me and many more I'm sure.
I use both vinyl and cardstock. I am glad you are expanding your crafts.I love making your paper crafts and I'm ready to see everything you do with the vinyl.
If I thought my attempts at using vinyl would turn out as well as yours, I would try it. You did an excellent job and showed great courage in making this video.
@@CraftWithSarah yes! It’s thick and flexible but cuts and weeds like a dream. I was really impressed and plan on buying a second pack asap before it’s gone
You did very well Sarah - I like you, use card stock more, so am very nervous when using vinyl - I think you need a different transfer vinyl - I use Cricut brand but it tears in pieces - someone said to try Oracal transfer vinyl but my craft store was out of it - I have watched several crafters use iron on vinyl on card stock and they had no issues - my next thing is to try using infusible ink - I have all the supplies to make my project with - now to do it - I also have a pin pen and I grab for the Cricut weeding hook sometimes and for small pieces I like the pin pen - I saw someone set their lint roller beside them when weeding and stick all the little pieces to it and that works great - you tear off the sheet when done and toss it - I have also seen others use an empty tissue box to drop their weeding into and then toss the box when full - you have to keep trying
Love the video but watching you transfer the rabbit without transfer tape was a little painful to watch. I agree with others, your transfer tape for the name wasn’t sticky enough for this medium.

I'm so glad! 🥰 Thank you!
You can remove the lead from a mechanical pencil and insert the correct size sewing needle. You have a very inexpensive vinyl weeded. 😊
Thanks for the tip!
You are awesome Sarah. I am only have a Joy but HATE vinyl, so very much look forward to trying
Hope it goes well! 🥰
I bought a variety pack of this vinyl in sheets and it’s fantastic !
I don’t want to use it up on paper projects because it’s so high quality 🤗
It's so good isn't it! 🥰

Thanks so much for the advice! I really liked the pin pen. 🥰 I like the idea of the empty tissue box!
Your projects turned out great!
Thanks so much!
Peel the backing away from the vinyl after you put the transfer tape on so the vinyl sticks to the transfer tape. That seems to help me.
Brilliant, thank you. 🥰
Look lovely. You need transfer tape
Thank you! 🥰
Love the projects
I'm so pleased you love them! 😁

Thanks, I'll be on the look out for some stickier transfer tape 😁
Please stick with paper, love paper
I love paper too, don't worry! 🥰
