  • Hello! Today's video is anaerobic conditioning for volleyball players! It's conditioning drills for volleyball, where I give 10 top conditioning drills for volleyball players. These conditioning drills are for middle school volleyball players and high school volleyball players. We're trying to work the same energy system as volleyball, so these drills are short and high bouts of work. If you want to build your aerobic base for volleyball, then just decrease your rest time when doing these. There are many change of direction volleyball drills in this video, since I like to make my cardio sports specific. I hope you enjoy!

    I did some of these with my dad each five times and although we’re sweating like pigs, we did good. This will definitely helps me for next season!! 💕💕😮‍💨

      you're welcome! oh man, that was a very long time ago 😂 I'm going to have to go back and rewatch to see what drills we did! To be honest, I just name them certain things that stick with my memory or made up a bunch of the drills, so they might not have real names lol

    im 5'1 and i really wanna jump high for volleyball any tips?

      Start with the basics! Really break down your jumping form and mechanics, and then get to work building up some relative strength (especially unilateral), hit a lot of plyometric work, and be consistent! :)
