These at-home volleyball drills are perfect for keeping your touch on the ball, even when you can't get in to a gym for a traditional volleyball workout. Sarah Pavan is a Canadian beach volleyball Olympian and World Champion. She is the 3-time FIVB World Tour Best Blocker, and one half of 2019’s Most Outstanding Team. Before playing beach volleyball, Sarah Pavan was one of the world’s top indoor volleyball players. She had an impressive professional career in Italy, Brazil, South Korea, and China, and represented the Canadian Indoor National Team.
On this channel, Sarah shares everything you want to know about volleyball, from beginner skills all the way to the more advanced levels. What I use is one of those tennis walls at the park. Super helpful if there’s one of those at you local park.

@@shinychu Honestly man for me personally its not just cause of Haikyuu, I watched it and got curious to watch real volleyball and see how accurate Haikyuu is (noticed a few flaws but over all pretty damn accurate) so thats basically how I started liking volley, the same thing could perhaps apply to other people aswell

This is sooo helpful during quarantine. Lost my interest for a while but it suddenly came back not too long ago and I find myself playing in the backyard everyday practicing. I’ll make sure to try some of these. Also a basketball hoop helps when you have more control over the ball.

Like many in the comments, I watched Haikyu!! and now I'm playing volleyball aha. I'm 21 and have never really been into sports until recently and now I'm having a lot of fun with it even though I'm a complete noob. I think it's great that Haikyu!! is inspiring so many people to try something new.

I was in the volleyball team in elementary. But the team was really poor and we wouldn't budge to get the ball. I was really good at underhand serves and bumping though. And then I watched Haikyuu, and the inspiration I got to play volleyball just can't be described. I am hoping to get into the volleyball team in Grade 9.
