I make this all the time. So so good. I'm probably gonna make it this weekend lol. My mother is Jamaican and I was born in America but I love food from EVERY culture. And this one I tried and had to learn how to make. I made baccalitos for dinner and it came out so good. Can't wait to make even more things. God bless guys sending love from my Jamaican flavored breadfruit roasting roots 🇯🇲❤️🇯🇲❤️

That’s why I joined the Navy! I love food from everywhere. I loved being stationed in Cuba where Jamaicans (men) worked on base and cooked lots of great food: curried goat, smothered oxtails with rice and peas ( my favorites). Also boiled plantains. Must try them mashed! Tun cornmeal is good but not for my diabetes!😂 . Everyone, please continue to post your native dishes! I love watching the preparation! One love to all everywhere!🥰♥️🥰

I also add 1 yellow plantain for sweetness.
      The plantains are just roughage.

Im glad you added the Avocado, cuz as I was watching, I kept saying ... you gotta add some aquacate at the end. And you did❤. Being that I can't mash any type of platanos due to bad arthritis in my hands, I put them in my food processor & they come out awesomely smooth. I enjoy ur vedios🇵🇷
