Great Info and Practice I have tinnitus problem already doing some alternate meditation working, but now I am more updated with your practices, there is a suggestion for sound because voice and musing going echoes and sound is so not good to hear properly with headfree also, waiting for your best reply with your more suggested practices about the tinnitus. thanks!
