In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a guy who is dating a woman who has been a platonic friend for the past fifteen years. About ten months ago they became romantically involved after her relationship of eight years ended. However, she is bouncing back and forth between saying she needs space, is confused and not ready for a relationship, but she contacts him when he backs off and they hangout, have fun and hook up. He desperately wants to have a relationship with her but he is fearful that if he backs off more, she will find another guy, or if he pursues her more, she will permanently banish him to friend-zone. He wants to know what he can do to help her get over her fears so they can be together and have a great relationship.

It´s not only society that is to blame, but yeah it has made things even more complicated. Women is, as Corey states multiple times in the video, the one to make the step forward to a relationship.. Why?,, Because in the end they are the ones being pregnant, deliver and nurture a baby.. So it´s ingrained in the female psyche to look for a stable "sperm doner",, and this applies even if there will not be any kids involved.. It´s in their nature, and we can´t change that.

It really is. It’s just unbelievable how every woman behaves in the same way. I’ve practiced infinite patience. It’s the absolute, motherfucking, hardest thing you will ever do and 99% of men won’t be able to do it, because your emotions override everything and it goes completely against every fibre of your being and what feels natural. 18 months later out of nowhere she’s hitting me up wanting to meet me. I did nothing. We hooked up again. It’s like they have cognitive dissonance. I’ve been told in the past how she will never have sex with me again blah blah blah. Don’t take any notice of what she says. Means nothing. Just emotions in the moment. All about her actions.

Always be willing to walk away from the deal and mean it. Anything less comes across as needy, desperate, insecure and overall pathetic. Women can FEEL it. Such a turn off.
As a woman, when you read some of the emails you get, I can instantly empathize with the women who’ve been turned off.

Through being on my mission and purpose and creating the life I want, I will be walking away from her. Literally. I’m relocating overseas later this year. The strongest negotiating position in life is being able to walk away and mean it. I love her, I want her, but I don’t need her. I will have a great life, with or without her. I will get my answer one way or another. She needs a wake-up call and to realise I’m not waiting around as the back-up.

Ok don't hate me but the woman in this perfectly described me but I hate it and I can't help it. It has nothing to do with them acting like men or women though. I realy like a guy but when I'm in the relationship, it freaks me out and I break up with them. I play with them and I hate myself for it. Idk what to do because I can't commit. I may be only 15 but it happens with every guy and when it does happen, it's like a dark cloud comes over me and I want to avoid them at all costs. My ex was the most generous and caring person ever who supported how I felt but I broke up with him for this reason. Now I regret it but it I was to get back with him, it would just repeat itself. I wish i could help it or get someone to understanc what I'm feeling but I doubt anyone will.

I ended up doing the same thing with my ex. We did end up getting into a committed relationship, but it didn't last long. If I would have just enjoyed the time I was spending with her rather than focusing on a relationship and just let things develop naturally I would probably still be seeing her today.

I call it the squirrel method. Placing the nut closer and closer then you can snag them. Just remember you don't always get the squirrel. Sometimes it hard to let go of the ones you really want. Learn from it and repeat. Most of the time it's the girls issue. You did it once you can do it again. Always be ready to walk away.

She is confused because he is still behaving like he has for the last 15 years.
The reason why she says she is not ready for a relationship and is confused is because you’ve fallen off your masculine frame and she sees you more as a friend (you’ve probably done too much platonic things) and doesn’t want to commit cause she doesn’t want to take the chance that the friendship will end if she fully gives herself to you. She all likely does care a lot for him due to history but the longer you know a woman and don’t pull the trigger and focus your message on what you want the more a woman will want to be just friends but never commit. I guess it is true that you let women come to you. It has to be their idea. But women can also be skittish. She subconsciously wants it to be her idea but her societal mindset doesn’t because women always play the victim. Oh it was his idea but I went along with it (subconsciously), the date sucked, he made me go on a date with him. Conversely if the date went well, she will forget the converse and be like oh I was right (my womanly intuition) all along I’m glad I gave him a chance this turned out much better than I thought. Fine lines here.

Corey it was like a revellation! But I must say that for me, for my brain, reading the book is not enough, I need examples, I need to find a video about simmilar situation to understand by the example! When the brain is fixed on the girl we REALLY like it is almost impossible to understand the fundamentals unless we find similar situation from another guys problem! I don’t know if it is not to late in my case, but is clear now that the girl must have like me very much she put up for so long and trying to help me saying ‚i do not want anything, i just want to do some stuff with You’ whenever i started to initiate something or showing off to much or even bantering to much. It was to much for her. But when i do nothing when she stops texting, she just get back to me in a day or two and ask to meet. But if I get to cocky or show to much confidence in bantering, she backs off. Happy new year! :)
I was that girl with one guy I really liked, but there was more things that didn't feel right with him.
I thought it's because he was too feminine and insecure, but even when he behaved more masculine I just didn't feel that connection! I wasn't attracted to him sexually, even though we connected emotionally, spiritually.. The more he tried to convince me the more I got repulsed by him..
I couldn't see him more than just a friend.. ( but I chose not to be, because it was not possible/healthy)

Totally sounds like my situation. I wish I read the book and saw this video 3 months ago... I'm implementing no contact strategy, she texts me once a week and sounds like a robot all.the time - "what's good, what's new", I guess I blew it this time because I replied that I'm not interested in virtual communication by the principle of "what's good, what's new" and I dont have time for that. I said that I would love to meet her and then we can talk even about everything. Until then, next time she write's me the same questions - she will have to buy me a dinner. (In a playful manner). I suggested that we use texting only to set up a date. - no response to this for 6 days now. We'll see. I guess I was a bit harsh. :D

My ex moved in with her mother and my 2 yr old daughter a few months ago. She said she wanted to be together but wanted to work on herself. She has a ton of anxiety issues. One day she loves me and talks to me all day, the next she doesn’t talk to me at all. I always wait for her to contact first. If she doesn’t talk to me that day I don’t say anything. I keep my cool when she is around and I don’t bring up the relationship. I put up with being dragging along the last few months because I got to see my daughter every other day. But obviously I got sick of the situation. My life has been at a standstill. We only had sex once in the last 5 months. Haven’t gone any any dates with her. Just doing family stuff.
I told her that we need to start progressing forward. I didn’t say she had to move back in or anything extreme. That I wanted to start going on dates with her or I don’t want to talk anymore. I felt like this was reasonable. I’m not going to be dragged along by someone who isn’t sure if she wants to be with me or not. The ultimatum blew up in my face, she flipped out basically. She decided not to be in my life anymore, besides exchanging my daughter. I feel I did the right thing. I guess I got my answer.

Coach. Okay here's my story. I dated a great woman (she's 40 & I'm 37) for 1.5 yrs and it was to the point of me about to move in and she even going as far as ring buying and us taking tours of wedding venues. Now a bit of history...we met right after her divorce from a 14 yr marriage and in the 1.5 yr we dated she broke up with me 3 (this being the 4th) times. Usually within a wk she comes back swearing she knows she can't be without me and that she will face her commitment issues from now on instead of running...but 4 mos goes by and she does it again. Now, she did open up the last time we got back together and told me about things that happened to her as a kid and felt that since she finally opened up abkut it, she thinks itll help her let me in 100%. We have never had even one argument and really seriously click. So this time it has been a little over 2 mos since the last split and I admit, I tried like crazy until 2 wks ago to save us (all the things u say not to do) and now have gone total NC the past 2 wks. Before no-contact she said she misses us sometimes, looks at our pics, thinks of us, weekends without me there to wake up with are hard and that I was so good to her but she's admitted to being selfish. She is financially set and I'm comfy but not as set as she is with money...she claims that's part of why she wants to be alone. She doesn't want a bf to answer to right now and wants to go on trips etc as she pleases without wondering if I can afford it at those times. She admitted she knew she was letting a good thing go and it scared her to think she may not find it again but she just doesn't want it right now. But I kept trying (I know, I know) until she told me in email that she doesn't love me and we'll never get back together. Idk if that was anger talking to force me into leaving her alone or if she meant it? Either way, I have left her alone since. She has dated right after we split but swears she's not "seeing" anyone and hasn't met anyone that gives her butterflies like I did/do. So, do you think I'm doomed? Do u think I may have a chance again? What do you think about the situation?

Attraction isn't a choice and if a woman is confused and she is balancing you and another isn't really a bad thing either. Backing off some, but do keep the communication open from time to time usually helps with the confusion and will help her see or miss in the long run
My woman of 15 months has told me today why aren’t we talking about moving in together or why no mention of married, why aren’t I inviting you around to be with my family snd spending each and everyday with you . I told her because if I had spoken about it to you you’d be running after 15 months and I’d be either chasing you looking needy or not be with you, then she says she’s confused and doesn’t know what she wants, I’m so confused but I let her initiate contact around 70%, and me 30%. I've been with a girl for nearly 6 months with ups and downs. She broke up with me two months ago and said she wants to stay friends, which I refused... I chased for two weeks then I stopped contacting her. I went "no contact", but she kept sending me texts twice a week on average and/or calling, sometimes more, and each time i consistently replied the day after and said that I was not interested in friendship. But she still keeps texting me even when she's on holidays overseas. Yesterday, she reached out, she said she unblocked me on FB and invited me to check her pictures of her holidays... I replied this morning and tried to escalate the discussion but she replied "I don't love you, i don't miss you... I simply appreciate you as a friend..." It's been like 10 times that I tell her I'm not interested to be her friend and she keeps reaching out... What's going on? I want to get her back, what should i do?
Seriously? She told you loud and clear she doesn't love or miss you. She just wants to be friends. You don't....so back your words with actions. The last text you send her says you're not interested in being friends and to stop texting you anymore. You get a relationship or you move on...

You're literally damned both ways. Corey's tactics work, and these lines mentioned are literally used verbatim. The only problem is the only girls I know who have run this routine are literally down to screw every guy that gets their attention. So, in review, if you're prospect can just come to the table and tell you like it is, that's a lady worth pursuing, but if she's running the routine mentioned in this video, then she is not sold on you and literally is f'ing at least one other dude and playing a hypergamy game with the lot of you. Walk away. If you're into just having fun, sure, play along, but she ain't serious lady material, and of course, you're not ready for that anyway if that's what you're doing.
