- The 4850 absolutely stunned me with the performance of this load, I plan to do a full cycle of this sometime in the future.
Cycle: Heavy
Temp: Hot

Rinse Option: Auto + Extra Rinse - Развлечения
That blooming is outstanding!
The impeller on that washer is awesome! It did an outstanding job washing, and to me, a VERY impressive job spinning! Another model number to remember. 👍
When I put this load in I was fully expecting to have to rewash it. I thought it wasn't going to bloom, and it was going to fail miserably to spin.
To say that I was surprised by its performance would be a massive understatement, Not only did this thing choose the correct water level on auto sensing WITHOUT USING DEEP WATER, It bloomed the load multiple times and did some of the smoothest spins i've ever seen this machine do.
I'm incredibly impressed by this.
Don't forget to appreciate the sister model, the WTW4950HW!
This is much better than a wash plate with a pole. Well done Jerry !

Just shows how powerful the tall impeller really is!
Holy shit I never thought I would say this about a clothes grinder washer but this load and washer actually did a good job wow
amazing blooming
It did an amazing job! Definitely better than the newer whirlpool stuff.
I just got a 2010 Cabrio VMW and I did a similar test to this, towels, sweater, clothes, filled to its full 3.6 CU capacity. Put on a very similar show. Was quite impressed with it. It struggled like yours but it did it.
This is impressive for a Whirlpool VMW. Really impressive. I wonder if my dad’s older 2013 Whirlpool WTW4900BW0 with the tall impeller will pass this test. It does have bad bearings during the spin but that should not really affect the wash action tho. I know my dad likes to always do really large loads on that thing on a normal cycle. Soil level usually stays on medium but he occasionally switches it to heavy. He sometimes turns extra rinse on as he has sensitive skin.
Unbelievable! This thing did an amazing job!
WOW. that is incredible blooming.
To say I was impressed would be a massive understatement. Props to this thing for properly blowing me away with this load. A full cycle of this very test is an order someday.
@@Smurdle450 What settings were used? it did two rinses so was it on deep water extra rinse?
@@DylBuilder1 heavy, auto sensing water level, auto + extra rinse (1 deep, 1 spray) but I did a manual second rinse on quick wash, which in hindsight wasn't really necessary.
@@Smurdle450 Oh I see. have a good night Jerry!
@@DylBuilder1 You have a good night as well, but if you've got some time might I suggest checking out GRN's premiere coming up in about 20 minutes? :-)
A WTW5000DW model would maybe handle this. I know how much you hate the Whirlpool 5000s tho lol. The WTW5000DW ones also use a flat impeller and are discontinued and has been replaced with the Whirlpool WTW5010LW. I believe the Maytag MVWC565 and the 5000 also use Welling motors.
Not bad actually. Was expecting a lot worse from a whirltag. It’s no LG, but it’s actually doing a lot more than tickling the clothes like the newer flat impeller models
Dang!
They should put the 1/2 hp motor in these. THIS I would definitely consider.
Dude, THIS IS THE BEST WASH ACTION FROM WHIRLPOOL THAT YOU WILL GET NOW. I am absolutely shocked.
And the amount of water it used was almost perfect!? WOW
Some Modern Whirlpools aren’t as bad as some people say
@@DylBuilder1 One of my best friends has the 565 design version of this with the same exact wash plate and I am sure it washes well
@@washingandmowing15 the 555? Yeah it probably does
Does it have the tall impeller, if so then yes.
Aww no Deadheat music. Unless that's only used for a 565/655 that can't wash towels.
This thing actually handled it, so there wasn't really a reason to blast deadheat. Lol
Ok wash

🤔🙄
Hey Jerry my Maytag Peforma washer just gave up the ghost earlier during a load of towels.
What are you planning to replace it with?
@@DylBuilder1 we got the Maytag 4.7 Top Load with the agitator delivered this morning at 10:20 AM
@@prestonw9844 Awesome! Hope it works well, it should!
For me, I wouldn’t trust the clean with this type of machine. All that is happening is the clothing is just getting a moving float in the water. If you had an older person living with you who is relying on you for everything , who may have bathroom accidents frequently, I certainly would not trust the wash to be safe and clean to use. Also, think about those who still use cloth diapers. Gross. I’ll stick with a washer with an agitator that will take my clothes for a proper ride around the tub giving my clothes a good workout.
