There is no evidence of this, only hearsay. Show a professional measurement under laboratory conidtions. Bruce Lee was not super human. Bruce Lee was a teacher and a demonstration master. He did not go into the ring with real champions. There is an interview with Chuck Norris on youtube, where he said that Bruce Lee respected him because Chuck was the world champion at that time and Bruce Lee did not go into the ring. And he continued that kicking bags (as lee did) is one the thing, but to go into the ring against an opponent who is kicking back is a different story. And Chuck is right. Look at his sparring demo at long beach and study it. Bruce Lee got hit several times, a round house kick to the body, a jab to his head and an attack to his groin, against his student. He was a master of demonstrations, but a master of fighting he was not.

It's Bob WALL
As you certainly know 0.3 seconds is not the same as 100ms!
Bruce Lee kicks is the fastest kicks I ever see in my life. Thanks for the video to prove to the people who dont believe Bruce is the 100% real deal.
Bruce Lee is definitely the real deal
Bruce lee was definitely the real deal unbelievable speed
I agree ☝️ with you. Joe Lewis Karate Champion Trained with Bruce Lee.
As a boy I saw Bruce Lee in the 1960's at some of the tournaments he went to, he was my inspiration to do martial arts, his life philosophy as well is something to be admired and followed, what an exceptional Person he was.
A lot of people believed Bruce was a great showman…., but was not as good in real fights, that it was all theatrical!!
I WOULD LOVE FOR THEM TO BE ON THE RECEIVING END OF ONE OF HIS KICKS …. RIP you beautiful man
What strikes me in the first kick, the speed of course, but also the stance, the speed of the leg that gets back to its depart point, the balance (linked to the speed), the position of the chest and insertion of the leg attacking. Everything is impressive. That man made me walk the way of kung fu the first time i saw him. It's been thirty years i'm training, thanks to him. I never imagined the path i'd discover.
Bruce Lee should be considered as a national treasure for China and America, the link between them, and symbol of peace and lini between nations. Because as he said, we should concentrate on our self improvement, not on competition between each others, comparison, knowledge should be shared. And because after all, under the sky, under the heavens, we are but one family.
Bruce have a superhuman speed brother.
Bruce's speed was unmatched. To this day, no one has the speed Bruce had. The man is a gem, when it comes to Martial Arts, total body focus and control.
TERRANCE OUT
His speed wasn't unmatched Bruce himself said there are lots of guys faster than me.but I'm very desceptive
@@jk1735able You're clown. Just stay quiet, and make a balloon animal.🤦♂️
TERRANCE OUT
@@jk1735ablehave u seen any other people who kicks as fast as bruce ? or faster ? And u know what ? the fact that the statement comes from bruce himself made it less credible. he could just being humble at that time
I have seen this videos and it still leaves me speechless.
That Chamber of Lee's was quite something indeed! From Hip, to Knee it also created a Shield that Stabs out when the Lower Leg of Bruce flicks out in a Blink of an Eye. Even in Slo-Motion, it's scary fast!
Bruce Lee is super fast.
Yes super fast
This man doing the documentary is absolutely correct, phenomenal speed in delivering kicks. Those kicks were powerful too, they hurt, so, don't think they had NO power behind them. Smh The man was simply 1 of a kind!
Yes, he is more than the real deal, he is the unexplained, better precise is an X file!
Bruce Lee lighting speed! ⚡

Bruce Lee actually slowed down all his punches and kicks, so that the real martial artists could handle it, and the cameras could show it to all of us.
He was "SUPER HUMAN"!
Yup, fastest human being recorded in the history of martial arts. Saw him in real life in 1968 in Wash. DC, and he put on a demonstration that I could not believe. I got his autograph. All the other famous martial artist's say the same thing. All except one, who I won't name here. I'm lucky to have so many photos and books, and autographs of many famous actors, including George Reeve's tv Superman. He is the only other person I cried about in 1959, as well as every kid all over the World, and the loss of Bruce Lee. It soon will be 50 years for Bruce's passing. Don't know how the new Bruce film will be. Both George, and Bruce were real Supermen.
bruce lee real fight this will be my last comment i told you everything 2 days ago maybe in 10 years a decade you will see me now known as the grand martial arts master with option 1 or two thank you and may 🙏 GOD be with you,and my friend
Please come back and comment again. We would like to hear from you! Wish you luck in everything, be water, my friend.
It will be a pleasure to learn from your wisdom until that time, nice journey to you
@@riadthizri6222 thanks it will time but i will do it
People always says that Bruce Lee's kicks and punches are fast and powerful, but they never want know where that came from. Bruce Lee kicks was teaching by Jhoon Rhee, Taekwondo master that BL met in 60's. These techniques of straight kicks and to rise the knee before the kick totally came from Taekwondo.
There's some footage of Lee in his backyard in the USA where he does a reverse chopping back kick. It was either with Dan Innosanto or some other student. Thats kick requires a lot of precision without hitting his sparring partner but its as fast as the blink of an eye.
He'd kick a ufc fighter in the nuts so fast
👌
👌👌👌
@@BruceLeeRealFight 🙏💐
Yes
as a wild dog he is suddenly reach to the enemy
The problem is the repeated extension and withdrawal sets up the person to 1) think the next kick is going to be slow too ,and (2 allows him to kick full speed before the other guy can respond...total trickery
Yep he was superfast. I wonder was he blessed with an abundance of fast twitch muscle fibers?
Yeababy!
My punch is 0.02 a friend of mine had a radar gun I check my speed and that's what it showed.
👍
😢😢😢😢😢plzz 🥺🙏🥺 be faith on yourself and upload videos plzz cause i will meet you in the near future will i promise
I can do that too, only a little faster. ;-)
What's. 025 X
1/4 slow motion
0.3 it's not good at all, he couldn't be that slow! It should be a mistake! Just think about Usain Bolt who runs cca 10 meters in 1 second! 1 second is very big! Perhaps 0.15-0.2 seconds!? Or maybe faster, who knows?
Can Bolt run the first ten meters in 1 second? No human can do it, I guess.
@@brianliew5901 I don't know. Can he? How about the second 10 meters? Anyway my point is that 0.3 seconds is quite slow.
@@lukypetru The world record for 60 meters is just under 6.4 seconds so go figure out for 10m and 20m, the pickup speed which is considered the slowest of the entire race. Likewise, a kick is executed from a point of rest from the ground to an intended target with a distance of a meter or more. Moreover It's done with a specific part of the foot with speed and power without hurting or fracturing one's foot. Lee's kicks were always executed to near perfection unlike the other martial arts expects who
lifted their legs up just 'cuz they wanted to kick aimlessly whereas Lee had a specific target. Only with speed could he hit the target and retreat to a fighting stance at an instance. He attacked and defensed at the same time. Lee is an genius not in martial arts but in the art of fighting. There will never be another like him for he is the Legend.
@@brianliew5901 I'm afraid you didn't get my point: I mean he probably was faster than one kick in 0.3 seconds. Perhaps 0.2 seconds or maybe faster: 0.1 seconds. Did anyone take an accurate measurement?
@@lukypetru It depends on how they measure the duration of a kick; the foot from ground up and down, not just till the impact. From at rest to the impact is only half of the duration.
Chuck Norris was beaten but it was Bruce Lee who died🤣🤣🤣
BRUCE. - T O O. M U C H. F O R. A N Y. H U M A N ❤❤❤❤❤
It is fast and it would also be very accurate, and probably come right after a distraction. And probably it would land exactly on a pressure point where it would buckle your knee, or ankle, or balls, or something that would incapacitate. He looked fancy in the movies but he said it was very different in street fighting, and he said he would never kick above waist height. I think that's what a lot of people don't understand, he was training self defence not tournament fighting.
yeah. bcs he is not a sports fighter. he is a street fighter who trained for real fights. not sports
