Finally someone documented perfectly the MMMX Approach "Viraje a Plaza" with PFD. Aerogeeks like me can see perfectly all parameters and recreate it on FSX. I've always been fascinated by this approach, it looks very challenging also with the "unstable atmosphere". Nice manual landing. Thank you very much.
Iván David Almada Pérez así es viraje a plaza o bien el metro wiscky
Aowesome good! from Japan !
thank you for uploading
Te felicito por tan excelente video, se ve tremenda la perspectiva de el aterrizaje con el PFD, ojalá te animes a subir más videos así, también sería interesante con el ND(:
Ty for the video. Great to see that flare starts at 50' , and the pitch attitude - Not to mention Reverse to idle and stowaway speed
Gracias, muchas gracias por este video

Serge Courcy all those selected speeds were ATC restrictions
Atmosphere
Do pilot sometimes have to change their heading in cruise if they have a upcoming flight from the same direction and altitude
in the extreme case that an event like that happens the standard procedure is vertical evaison (climb or descent)
@@RobT_Cockpit_videos one last question ,,will i overshoot the runway if i make a open descent from cruising level
deborshi kashyap that would depend on what moment you start the descent
In what speed we are using manual breaks?
We can brake manually since touch down, In the video manual braking started at around 100 knots
What is a PFD operation??
Primary flight display, so basically showing the PFD unit display which is the instrument shown on the lower left side of the vid
Why does the pilot has turned off the autopilot too early?
João Santana he didn’t turn off the autopilot too early. It was at 1000ft AGL at this moment

1:01 what is that callout?
Hartzell Francisco “cabin secured for landing” is the flight attendant notifying that the passenger cabin is ready for landing
thanks!
3:05 what is that? sound
Hartzell Francisco “triple click aural warning” it announces a degradation in the autopilot configuration
Feet ( độ cao)
Al aterrizar el altímetro marcaba 7,300 pies
Así es, esa es la elevación de CDMX sobre el nivel del mar
@@mikesierra7475 Excelente, mil gracias por el dato.
