i forget how long it took the police to actually get him but as for every person, they receive a trial. when Nikolas was to receive his trial, courts were closing off because the pandemic was starting to make its way into the US. they didnt want to take chances. However, his court trials and videos are all on RUclips and he has pled Guilty to 17 counts of murder and like 18 counts of attempted murder. I don't care if he is insane or not. Someone willing to inflict that much PAIN on their community doesn't deserve to live.
But what if the COMMUNITY doesn't deserve to live? :)
Then why not punish him? People who haven't been locked up don't understand what being locked up does to a person. Especially one who has no one in the world whatsoever and everyone on the planet hates you and you have no human contact cuz everyone wants to kill you to make a name for themselves or just to do what they think is right. If you think sitting in a closet by yourself for 80 years is a reward compared to do dying in your sleep peacefully you are incorrect. The people who try to glamorize prison saying they get all the free benefits and live like kings are not telling it like it is
What if the community starts to have the pain like he actually had? Would it be better that people start experiencing depression like him just because he's got no one's back or he couldn't share anything to anybody? And then 17×17×17(the whole community) killing starts. Who's to blame? Nobody.
