Oh yeah! The 47 Clean Up hat is my favorite out of 47brand's hat types.

New Era is my preferred hat brand. The 9FORTY is my favorite in New Era's collection. The 47 Clean-up hat is my favorite in 47brand's collection.
I recently bought a New Era 9THIRTY Mets cap in Japan. It's a hybrid. You can pull it down up to your ears like the 9forty but nothing stiff and has a relaxed fit like the 9twenty. However the 9THIRTY is only exclusive to japan and is not available anywhere else.
I also bought a '47 brewers clean up cap which is by far as you said it more comfortable than New Era. Thanks for the video btw.👍😊
Got my first 47 hat the other day. I was walking my dog and there it was sitting on a fence post. Went for a walk and scored a free hat worth $35 CDN. After a wash it fits great and comfy. My last hat was a Troy Lee Design Gas Gas hat worth $65. It still had the tags on it, sitting by the side of the road. Thanks Kids for keeping my collection stocked ! 😊
I say it depends on what kind of hat you're looking for. For fitteds no question New Era is the best, for snapbacks & strapbacks I'd say 47 brand. Personally I like snapbacks & strapbacks better cause you can adjust how you want the hat to fit. Plus they're more affordable. Fitteds back then were like 25 bucks but now have shot up to 35, 40 dollars. Not worth the price if you ask me. But as I've stated it's all about preference.

New to '47 Brand, longtime New Era fan. This video is quite helpful. On an unrelated note, it's quite refreshing to discover a Lady who's into baseball and baseball hats. The man in your life is very fortunate indeed.

I use the two fairly interchangeably. Kinda just whatever seems fitting.
If using the qualifier baseball beforehand, it is a cap. I call all my Cardinals and Twins headgear caps, but my Taylormade golf head coverings are golf hats.
Ohhh, interesting distinction. I like it.
One thing, and I’m not sure if New Era uses it, is that ‘47 (Twins Enterprise, ‘47 Brand) (‘47 Twins) uses plastic in their visors. They are awesome to mold. I do find that some of their hats have stiffer visors. It varies by hat. I will contend that they made their finest hats when the logo inside the hat had a patch with a pennant that read “47 Twins” within it and when it was just “Twins Enterprise.” I will say that ‘47 have had some slight changes through the years, but, as of today, they are making some of their best hats. There was a period where the tops of the fitted (franchise) hats were too small and had to be stretched, as well as the size. I buy mediums now (as I did then) and they fit perfectly ; and I have more hair. It was around the time they were mass producing the hats for the company Lids. Some of them hats even had a Lids logo inside of them. Suffice it to say, I was not a big fan and bought my hats elsewhere.

NEW ERA is my hat brand 920 and 940
I have about twenty caps from the 47 also those with the Twins Enterprise brand ... I have both baseball and college team caps ... they are the best hats I have and I only buy those of the 47 brand. I have lived in Canada for several years and I know the history of this company, and of its founders of the Italian Americans, after all I am Italian too, and an honor to buy a product that cost a sacrifice to Italian immigrants ... who made the American dream come true ... So for those who don't know, whoever buys the 47 brand should know that they buy Italian quality
Do you think the old Twins Enterprise hats were made better? I believe their hats are imported now. I just think the quality was a tad better back then. I was curious to know what you thought. I actually go on to eBay and look for the older hats With the Twins enterprise logo, or the pennant logo with the ‘47 Twins inside the rim of the cap. The hats also had a franchise tag sewn into one of the seems inside the hat at that time.

New Era 59/50 regular or Low Profile, for the simple fact it’s the official on field caps. Wish they were still being made in the USA, removed the NE logo on the left side, and dropped the price by $5. Come on guys they make their caps in China now, it’s not a $40 cap anymore.

I really like both brands of hat(s). But unfortunately for me, my rather oddly shaped 7 3/4 sized dome alone kind of precludes me from wearing any New Era 5950Fitted. Well that is unless I don’t mind being mistaken for looking like Dr. Frankensteins monster when wearing one, that is. So because of said ‘issue’ the majority of my ‘sports team’ hats now (Atlanta Braves // Minnesota T-Wolves & Buffalo Sabres) are all 47’ Brand strap backs. And as far as your collection goes, yes ascetically wise, my vote for most fav. hat of yours goes to the red Cards hat, as well. Looking so buttery soft, comfortable & vintage. That said, while every hat looked adorable on you, I honestly thought that New Era 59Fifty Fitted looked best. Anyway, enough of me. Now … *Subscribed!!!*
