Mam please clarify which Leave Rule Applicable for Earned Leave. Is it Leave Rule 1979, 27sub rule 2(b) or any other. (Employees of other than vaction like Class-IV, Jr.Assiat.) of School Edu.Dept. Vacation Dept.)
Maam it may clarify that if the period of suspension of an employee exceeded more 120 days and review committee has recommended his/her suspension period to be treated as on earned leave on the request of suspendee, can we may sanction more than 120 days earned leave in one go.
Review committee can only review his suspension case, i.e, the progress/status. It cannot decide period of suspension. Once the suspendee is reinstated after enquiry, his period of suspension is decided by the competent authority on the recommendations of enquiry committee constituted for the case. If period of suspension is ordered to have been treated as earned leave, it can be more than 120 days.. no bar. Limit of 120 days is applicable only when earned leave is being sanctioned in normal course in favour of an employee.

It depends whether u have been allowed Pay & allowance for the ibid period of study leave or not.. If ur Sanction order of study leave reads that u will be allowed to draw pay & allowance/ a part of allowance then u r entitled for annual increment... And if it is mentioned that no salary shall be paid, then u r not entitled.. Further if it is mentioned in order that increments are allowed / disallowed,then self explanatory...
