General Provident Fund Central Services Rules 1960 were implemented in UT of JK vide G.O.No.07-F of 2020 dated 08.01.2020...
Accordingly the video covers existing gpf rules with special reference to the rules in vogue during Erstwhile state of JK.
However in the Central Service Rules 1960, for two purpose ,viz Acute illness & purchase of motor car/vehicle, Withdrawal (non refundable GPF) can be allowed only after 10 years of service.
