Sir , Can EOL be granted on day to day basis.For example joined on 1 january then EOL of 2 , 3 january . Then again joined on 4,5. Then EOL for 6,7,8 january.

I'm a state government employee. One of my colleague who has been transferred & released from one establishment to other establishment on 29.09.2020 but he joined in other establishment on 05.07.2021 after absent from duty for 10 months with prior permission from the authority. As per his leave balance at record, he has 290 days only in leave account. As such cases, what should he do that there may any obstacle occures in his pension time as he has only one & half years remaining to be retire from government services.

A temporary probationary employee granted EOL for 90days and remaining 13days absence is treated as non qualifying service, does his increment is effect for 13days absence, if yes, when he will get next increment. Please clarify.
So in case of EOL it is not counted as break in service because in my case i have a EOL of 49 days so my work experience is 2 years. So from my experience these 49 days will be deducted or not please reply

An employee who transfer from an establishment to our establishment had joined his service in our establishment after one year of absence from duty without any proper permission from the Higher Authority. As such, his leave record in service book is not updated till date and one increment has also been postponed till date due to leave not regularized.
In such cases, how and what should do to regularise his absent period of leave and who will be the appropriate authority to sanction his absent period of leave as he had absent more than 6 months?

guru ji, main ek central govt. employee hun 2 saal ka probation hai jisme maine 1 saal complete kiya hai, mujhe leprosy ki problem hai jo PB stage par hai main treatment ke liye jana chahta hua kya main medical background par EOL le sakta hun....agar authority allow nahi karti to kya main by post batakar ja sakta hun isse meri naukri par koi problem to nahi aayegi.

My fellow colleague is taking leave for 1 or 2 days every alternate week and fill it as EOL. He already have EL, CL but always fill EOL. My HOS also approve it. Now my questions are:-
1. Can (Group B) approve EOL of LDC.
