She was such a sad excuse for a mom! I do feel that she obviously has self esteem and self worth issues, but to put your child in danger with a man, who has basically stated that there is no other reason to do it except opportunity, is negligent!
These mothers are often of subnormal intelligence, drug or alcohol addicts. I'm not excusing them but they are not "the reason" why children are abused. The reason, the responsibility lies with the abuser. They want to be powerful and choose the most vulnerable to act out their sexual desires. The mothers of these children are often victims themselves. A sad, sick situation.
I spoke to a female who lost her virginity at 14 to someone who was 22. She got mad when I said it was statutory grape because she wasn't grape she consented to it. It is not just the perpetrators, sometimes it is the victims who can't comprehend that they are victims because they volunteered.

I was a victim of child sexual abuse from the age of 4 thru 9, and suffered many years after. I have no compassion for these type of people. The devastation and pain that they cause last a lifetime. I’ve never truly felt whole, and normal. I’ve carried the pain and still the remanence of it remained decades later.
I was 3 that I remember till 9, who really knows🙅... When it began , it was a teen in family who then taught other boys n I to play house n drive hotwheels all over him n I had to be the mom 👀💭 ... My abuse started when I was 12 by my dads best friend, when he tried to rape me at 14 is when I finally ran and never let him touch me again. Kept it a secret from everyone and when I was 22 he had a heart attack. I got to be in the hospital room as he came off life support and I watched him slowly die. Best closure ever. Finally came clean about the abuse six years later. My parents were so upset. My mom ripped every photo with him in it out of the frame. Glad I don’t have to see his face when I visit their house anymore.

Being a victim of sexual assault at the age of 8 years of age I still deal with the trauma every single day. I'm 62 years of age and I am still traumatised. Sexual offenders should be charged with murder because they basically kill their victims. Once a child is sexually assaulted their life is over. Keep them all in jail.
Not over fortunately. You can get over it, rebuild your life(just what i am doing). But this is definitely does not take away from the fact that sexual abuse is even worse than murder. I am 29 years old and was molested by my own half brother when i was 7 and my older cousin when i was 8. Top it all of with my father's amotional abuse. Fortunately i live my life mostly happily and my recovery is not over. :) You will get over it, you are strong, you deserve to be happy. Unfortunately a lot of people are not this lucky and ending up taking their own lives because they can not take the pain anymore which is around even after many years. I just hope that these parasites(offenders) will finally get what they deserve and spend the rest of their time behind bars. They should never be let out.

When one of the women gave her story about her nanny molesting her I really felt that especially with the grooming process. It was always “if you don’t tell I’ll give you candy!” “Let’s go the store for some candy now.” Growing up I felt like it was my fault because I didn’t tell my mom because I was embarrassed and allowed candy to keep me quiet. But I was 5/6. I should never have felt guilty for that being done to me.
Well, I dont know about you but I'd definitely tell if someone tried to bribe or threatened me AT EVEN 10! I only WOULDN'T tell if I still give people the benefit of the doubt, that they didnt "touch" on purpose. Steve and Christina's story really troubled me. I felt nervous and physically ill as soon as I saw them bathing their son. I don't understand the law that allows him to be around that child or the fact he can be in the home between 6 am and 10 pm, as if a child wouldn't be abused within those hours. I'm so fearful of how that child's life is going to play out.....

I had the local supervisor of CPS tell me that even men who are convicted and go to jail for sexually abusing their own children are often times allowed unsupervised visitation with them after they get out how f****** wrong and sick!!!! Society is going down the toilet.... I have a former student who most likely is. The girl (also a student) was a known liar, and her lies sent him to prison. The kid had promise, and now he's in his late 30's and has a terrible life. The majority of these guys, though? Sure.

My daughter was sexually assaulted by a family friend of 19 years. When I found out I had him arrested and he went to prison for 5 years. My daughter is grown now and she with life sentence even with years of counseling she had never gotten over this . When I saw that mother allow her husband to bathe that baby I almost threw up what the hell is the matter with her !! With a 2 year old and a baby there with him his just Asking for her children to be abused! Does she need to be with a man so desperately that she hands her children over to have their lives destroyed. The authorities should take her kids away if she chooses to stay with this guy.
I think it's harder to decide the punishment when the offender is a child themselves (maybe until age 18). Ages 18 - 26 is a transition period to adulthood and a peak period for athletic ability; if an offender has little to no control over their impulses and emotions, great harm can be done. I think that a 10 - 20 year sentence with therapy, job training, educational options, and community service (supervised) for the younger offenders can hopefully give enough time to see if these individuals are safe enough to be released from prison.

Yup. I am a single mom and it is my worst fear. I am SUPER cautious and untrusting. If a guy shows any hint of being sketchy...bye! And when she was little and couldn't communicate well, I never let a man around her without me. Even at her preschool, I asked if men were allowed to work there. They said yes, but there were currently no male teachers. I was so happy. When she went to grade school, I'd ask her every few weeks if any guy has touched her or made her uncomfortable. She KNEW what was right and wrong. Now she is 12...she has been homeschooled since 3rd grade. I am SO happy she doesn't go to school. A male teacher SA'd some girl students here a few years back. And he got caught. Imagine all that don't get caught! 😢 Also at the preschool here, there was a male advocate working there who raped a little girl when they were alone in his office. It's awful. I don't ever want to put her at risk. It's scary you never know who the monsters are til it's too late. Could be your friendly, wholesome neighbor. Could be your church's beloved pastor. Could be the maintenance man. Could be your uncle. Could even be the babysitter who is taking videos of the child for her boyfriend. You never know. I worked at a preschool once and I was helping change a little girl into her bathing suit for water play. We were in the bathroom and there were no cameras in sight. Once the girl got out of her clothes, she looked sadly at me and asked, "Please don't take videos of me." I thought I misheard her so I asked what she said and she repeated the same phrase. I told her I wasn't going to. I reported it to my supervisor (there were other signs if abuse too and they had been in foster care before). So sad.
My neighbour across the street has a young daughter and she has a new bf every month. Always moves her in with them. I fear for her child but she doesn’t care. She is selfish. She can’t survive without having a bf and doesnt focus on her kid. I want to take her kid in so badly but she thinks she’s a good mother.
The wires in their brains are crossed in such a way that the exact same cues which make a normal person only want to nurture and protect a kid instead make them sexually desire them. The unfortunate part is that this is deeply ingrained and like sexual orientation in general, it cannot be altered by any means. This is of course not to excuse them, but rather to drive home the reality that rehabilitation isn't possible and they must be confined or otherwise disposed of to keep them from doing more of the same. They are born either to be miserable or to inflict misery on others, full stop, and are an extremely good argument against the existence of an all-powerful and all-loving God.

I was molested by my strep father and step grandfather when I was a young girl for years. I’ve suffered from depression and emotional problems all my life. I’m 60 now and I still haven’t learned to love myself and be happy in my own skin. It does permanent damage. I got a never ending sentence too.

I shelter my daughter because of what happened when I was 5 from my aunts boyfriend and it keeps me from being open intimately. Certain states like IL have registry’s for murderers. There’s also states that keeps data based on violent gun offenders/gang members. Some states use that as an enhancement like CA or IL NY FL.

I was a victim of child sexual abuse from the age of 4 thru 9, and suffered many years after. I have no compassion for these type of people. The devastation and pain that they cause last a lifetime. I’ve never truly felt whole, and normal. I’ve carried the pain and still the remanence of it remained decades later.
I was 3 that I remember till 9, who really knows🙅... When it began , it was a teen in family who then taught other boys n I to play house n drive hotwheels all over him n I had to be the mom 👀💭 ... Im 50 this year n my sister came to live with us when i was 9 n it stopped 👏🙌👏❣️.. ya never have closure, or heal, even with therapy n IT SuXx 🙅💭💯❣️... Im sorry anyone had to suffer , hes not the only 1 , yet family thought hes not to be prosecuted cause he was "young" , Ots sickening n i dont talk to any of them n I raised my kids safely without any of them ✌️♥️✌️, closure will be at his death cause God said "Vengeance is mine" , I know he will suffer with the others who did bad things 🙌🏳️🙌❣️... My abuse started when I was 12 by my dads best friend, when he tried to rape me at 14 is when I finally ran and never let him touch me again. Kept it a secret from everyone and when I was 22 he had a heart attack. I got to be in the hospital room as he came off life support and I watched him slowly die. Best closure ever. Finally came clean about the abuse six years later. My parents were so upset. My mom ripped every photo with him in it out of the frame. Glad I don’t have to see his face when I visit their house anymore.

Being a victim of sexual assault at the age of 8 years of age I still deal with the trauma every single day. I'm 62 years of age and I am still traumatised. Sexual offenders should be charged with murder because they basically kill their victims. Once a child is sexually assaulted their life is over. Keep them all in jail.

When one of the women gave her story about her nanny molesting her I really felt that especially with the grooming process. It was always “if you don’t tell I’ll give you candy!” “Let’s go the store for some candy now.” Growing up I felt like it was my fault because I didn’t tell my mom because I was embarrassed and allowed candy to keep me quiet. But I was 5/6. I should never have felt guilty for that being done to me.

Steve and Christina's story really troubled me. I felt nervous and physically ill as soon as I saw them bathing their son. I don't understand the law that allows him to be around that child or the fact he can be in the home between 6 am and 10 pm, as if a child wouldn't be abused within those hours. I'm so fearful of how that child's life is going to play out.....

My daughter was sexually assaulted by a family friend of 19 years. When I found out I had him arrested and he went to prison for 5 years. My daughter is grown now and she with life sentence even with years of counseling she had never gotten over this . When I saw that mother allow her husband to bathe that baby I almost threw up what the hell is the matter with her !! With a 2 year old and a baby there with him his just Asking for her children to be abused! Does she need to be with a man so desperately that she hands her children over to have their lives destroyed. The authorities should take her kids away if she chooses to stay with this guy.

Many did just make a mistake and deserve a second chance but the ones who go on to reoffend don’t deserve a second chance and are the evil ones.
I think it's harder to decide the punishment when the offender is a child themselves (maybe until age 18). Ages 18 - 26 is a transition period to adulthood and a peak period for athletic ability; if an offender has little to no control over their impulses and emotions, great harm can be done. I think that a 10 - 20 year sentence with therapy, job training, educational options, and community service (supervised) for the younger offenders can hopefully give enough time to see if these individuals are safe enough to be released from prison.

Yup. I am a single mom and it is my worst fear. I am SUPER cautious and untrusting. If a guy shows any hint of being sketchy...bye! And when she was little and couldn't communicate well, I never let a man around her without me. Even at her preschool, I asked if men were allowed to work there. They said yes, but there were currently no male teachers. I was so happy.
When she went to grade school, I'd ask her every few weeks if any guy has touched her or made her uncomfortable. She KNEW what was right and wrong. Now she is 12...she has been homeschooled since 3rd grade. I am SO happy she doesn't go to school. A male teacher SA'd some girl students here a few years back. And he got caught. Imagine all that don't get caught! 😢 Also at the preschool here, there was a male advocate working there who raped a little girl when they were alone in his office. It's awful. I don't ever want to put her at risk. It's scary you never know who the monsters are til it's too late.

I worked at a preschool once and I was helping change a little girl into her bathing suit for water play. We were in the bathroom and there were no cameras in sight. Once the girl got out of her clothes, she looked sadly at me and asked, "Please don't take videos of me." I thought I misheard her so I asked what she said and she repeated the same phrase. I told her I wasn't going to. I reported it to my supervisor (there were other signs if abuse too and they had been in foster care before). So sad.
My neighbour across the street has a young daughter and she has a new bf every month. Always moves her in with them. I fear for her child but she doesn’t care. She is selfish. She can’t survive without having a bf and doesnt focus on her kid. I want to take her kid in so badly but she thinks she’s a good mother.

The wires in their brains are crossed in such a way that the exact same cues which make a normal person only want to nurture and protect a kid instead make them sexually desire them. The unfortunate part is that this is deeply ingrained and like sexual orientation in general, it cannot be altered by any means. This is of course not to excuse them, but rather to drive home the reality that rehabilitation isn't possible and they must be confined or otherwise disposed of to keep them from doing more of the same. They are born either to be miserable or to inflict misery on others, full stop, and are an extremely good argument against the existence of an all-powerful and all-loving God.

I was molested by my strep father and step grandfather when I was a young girl for years. I’ve suffered from depression and emotional problems all my life. I’m 60 now and I still haven’t learned to love myself and be happy in my own skin. It does permanent damage. I got a never ending sentence too.

Long haired men scare me because of the man that hurt me. I’m 35 and still am traumatized and hurt by this. I shelter my daughter because of what happened when I was 5 from my aunts boyfriend and it keeps me from being open intimately. It NEVER goes away and if you could hurt a child, you could do anything 🥺

Yet there is no "violent offender" registry. A murderer or two (or more) could be living in your neighborhood.
Certain states like IL have registry’s for murderers. There’s also states that keeps data based on violent gun offenders/gang members. Some states use that as an enhancement like CA or IL NY FL.
