Fujifilm X-S20: Some Q menu quirks vs the X-T5

I'm frustrated with the X-S20! The Q menu is missing one important item on some of the latest Fujifilm cameras. Why do they hide the custom names you assign to C1, C2, C3, etc? Those custom names can be so important when quickly changing modes. What's missing on the Q Menu on the X-S20? But why is it on the X-T5? Where is the consistency here???
