My ex husband tried this. I was so hurt about our divorce and even questioned him why he wanted to end it. He didn’t care how he hurt me. Several years later he called me and apologized for the hurt he caused and wanted us to be friends. I politely declined because he had remarried. I guess he didn’t hear or didn’t think I was serious and proceeded to complain about his new wife. I stopped him immediately and told him to make it work with her and hung up. I blocked and deleted his number so quick. It been a minute now but he used to friend request me and I declined every time. Thank God he got a clue and left me alone.

I have been seeing this guy 11 years in and off. When I was living in ghetto he would come back through a text. Now I have a nice house and he got a whiff of my big wig job he came back actually Knoked on the door. He was never interested in getting involved in helping me seeing I’m single parent. I really struggle he was and still is solvent. We’d go quiet I’d stopped talking because I’d get upset he doesn’t want to do things together or even help me around manly job in the house. Now he’s back this time I was having a difficult physical and mental shutdown. I guess from accumulation of too much stress getting a house and very stressful job. And when I have big achievements he would praise but with A little sourness something along ‘ I don’t know why you doubt yourself that you would get this and need validation , I think cos you lost self confidence. ‘ wanting someone who you care to cheer you on isn’t looking for validation’ it’s just nice and natural human needs. I just notice now I have elevated more and there’s more put downs in very subtle ways. He still doesn’t plan to do anything together. It’s gone a bit sour right now I don’t even say why anymore .
Family and friends were pi$$ed at my ex when we divorced. My ex was horrible to me. But I had the strength to move on. I met a wonderful man. We got married. He is a provider and a family man. My son's godfather is still in touch with my ex. But I will never forget, when my ex asked about me. My son's godfather told him, she is doing great. My husband was with someone for 18 yrs off and on. We were engaged in a month.
I have been seeing this guy 11 years in and off. When I was living in ghetto he would come back through a text. Now I have a nice house and he got a whiff of my big wig job he came back actually Knoked on the door. He was never interested in getting involved in helping me seeing I’m single parent. I really struggle he was and still is solvent. We’d go quiet I’d stopped talking because I’d get upset he doesn’t want to do things together or even help me around manly job in the house. Now he’s back this time I was having a difficult physical and mental shutdown. I guess from accumulation of too much stress getting a house and very stressful job. I just let him back in, I was too weak ( again!), true I just needed a human being. Now it’s only been a couple of weeks i starting to remember why we disconnected so many times. He just want to come regularly for sex. He’s take me out at to eat fancy. But in all convo no talking about us doing things together. He won’t ho out to see any day out things together involving a crowd. But mentioned he has seen theatre just to please someone (buy won’t do it to please me). He’s go on holiday with his male friends but no plans of us going anywhere. Ever since I just have this feeling that he’s not really interested in anything serious. He won’t put his money where his mouth is. He is solvent and even now that I am in between jobs I would have wanted someone to have my back just in case even an offer would be nice as I know I never take it I always made my own way. But to me that should be a comfort if you have a relationship. When we have a serious convo about my situation it turns into sexual talk, and he hush me up sometimes and prefer to watch TV until I throw tantrum of being hushed up . When I have something serious to talk about he would get irritated, and say I can’t really advise you. And when I have big achievements he would praise but with A little sourness something along ‘ I don’t know why you doubt yourself that you would get this and need validation , I think cos you lost self confidence. ‘ wanting someone who you care to cheer you on isn’t looking for validation’ it’s just nice and natural human needs. I just notice now I have elevated more and there’s more put downs in very subtle ways. He still doesn’t plan to do anything together. It’s gone a bit sour right now I don’t even say why anymore .

Family and friends were pi$$ed at my ex when we divorced. My ex was horrible to me. But I had the strength to move on. I met a wonderful man. We got married. He is a provider and a family man. My son's godfather is still in touch with my ex. But I will never forget, when my ex asked about me. My son's godfather told him, she is doing great. And she don't need you because this brotha is taking good care of her and their baby. You lost a good one man. A lot of men, mess over good women. Because once they get a good women, they have no clue how to treat her. How to love her. How to nurture her. It's sad.

Omg the part about everlasting is so true!! I had both my exes try to spin the block! I said thanks for the congrats and kept it moving. Funny enough, both of them was doing worse than when I dated them! I have never taken a ninja back!!! Never!! You try me 1 time and that’s it!! And trust me that has saved me a lot of headaches and just overall confrontation from men!! I don’t trust BM in general anyways, so once you show me 1 time that you are a liar, a cheater or any of that I’m out!!!

This couldn’t have come at a better time 😂 a guy who ghosted me 2 years ago just reached out and I been stressing. I know it’s different when he did it first tho. We were only 21 at the time and he’s almost 24 now so have had mixed feelings about how to handle it. He was a little inappropriate for a “Christian” man but he was also very young! I don’t know if it’s possible for him to have changed but I have way higher standards now and my cut off game is stronger but I don’t wanna be played 😅😫
