This is the way to do it. You remove all the distractions from your room and you light the room dimly by candle light. You have a big mirror placed in the room where you can stare at the mirror but at an angle that you do NOT see yourself. Stare into the mirror with an intention in a meditative state and see what happens.
This is a different study setting, but it's a little different. The mirror should be placed facing ceiling, the ceiling should be lined with black velvet or so and the subject should be placed away, not reflecting the subject. The room should be in dim light snd the session should last 45 mins...well that's how long the sessions were in the studies conducted. Crazy shit happens.

So, when he wore a facade, or was in a state that wasn’t entirely himself, it was some downs, some ups, but when it was just bare and open himself, nothing changed, it was nothing but just horror.........there’s some symbolism here somewhere.

Awesome video man Those sounds were probably something to do with the paranormal and that is creepy. I can’t claimed to have experienced the paranormal but sometimes out tv in the living room would just turn on at first I would think my dogs accidentally stepped on the tv remote but I don’t think that’s the case. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the paranormal. If it is some random ghost or a dead relative just coming down to chill and watch some tv haha. Idk why but when I mirror gaze I don't have hallucinations only my vision goes crazy and the lighting is weird and the maximum I done was like 20 minutes but nothing happens
I once looked at my self in the mirror and it was around nighttime when everyone in my house where sleeping. It was a while ago that i did it but today i came across this topic on RUclips & I instantly got the chills when i remembered the time i stared in the mirror! It was scary! I remember seeing the bathroom curtains moving in the mirror. My face in the mirror basically stoped copying some of my movements & that left an impact! I would be scared for quite some time of seeing my self in the mirror at night

I was playing with this app called GhostTube a while back and was recording myself. During the recording the ovulus says "Satanic", I'm like okay what is that about. I play back the video during that moment and I kid you not, I hear what I would describe as a roar like from those big demons with horse legs in the original Doom, then it says Satanic. That freaked me out, and I haven't recorded anything since.
