Oh my.. The bordeaux pair is majestic! I'm copping those for sure! I'm loving my blue pair right now.

I love everything about the Chuck II except for one glaring problem (which affects the high top more then the low top), the heel counter is too small for the shoe. That gives the shoe a bunching effect on the back (again, more noticeable on the high top) that makes you feel you are riding on the heel counter. One can see that they based the sole height on the Chuck 70, but the upper on the cheap Chuck with its smaller heel counter. The higher cushioning of the Chuck II makes the effective heel counter smaller then either of the other two Chucks. The Chuck 70 has a much larger heel counter to accommodate the larger cushioning, so no bunching. The cheap Chuck has less cushioning, so it can get away with a smaller heel counter. The low top Chuck II has less bunching due to less material above the heel counter.

I found the low top version of the grey model in Manila, Philippines but still am waiting for the black one.

Love the vids and Chuck Taylors are my fav!! Imma get the thunder colorway in a couple of months even though bordeaux looks so sleek, it dosen't fit in my school dress code but still might get them, also taking in to fact the blue versions or blacks

I've always been trying to get the 10.5 black lows but no one really has them in stores i guess i'll have to settle with size 11 which is a little roomy than I would like
+PureZingy True, the half size up can be to much on the All Star. All of the black Converse is really hard to get.

Hi Doan! The first pair is a Zanerobe Sureshot jogger with the color mid blue and the second pair is also a Zanerobe sureshot jogger with the color Ice Wash. Hope this helps! :)

Hi Ryan! Go with a size 9. I wear the same size in both old and new Chucks and they fit great.
I can't tell which color I like better... Hmm... I'm going to say the thunder grey color.

I live in a country where there are no Converse outlets. I'm going for the gray one and wanted to make sure They are original. Is there a way to find out? I've heard that you can check the the serial number with converse website. Is that true?

Yes, you can check the serial number with adidas. There is also several videos when they compare real shoes to fake versions.

Great Review!! need help with the sizing though. I usually wear size 10US in most of the shoes but the original Chuck I had to wear 9US what size should i get for the Chuck 2?
Hi Akapol! Thanks! :) I always wear the same size with old and new Chucks, fits the same for me. Go with the same size you have on the original, size 9. However, I've heard from other people that they go down 1/2 a size but this has never worked for me.
