Can you show us the alarms?
Love the videos man! I recently started fire electrical with a company here in Sydney and these videos are so helpful! Keep up the good content 👍
Thanks Mate. There are more to come so we, don't need to pay to be trained. Ask others to subscribe so they will learn too. Thnxs
Keep watching and support from Al Khafji Saudi Arabia.
Well done, mate - very informative😊
Hey mate how can i turn the ewis pannel out of cascade mode?
EWIS is programmed to cascade. If it's EWS (Emergency Warning System) but looks like an EWIS, it will go off at the same time...no alert- just EVAC tones.
@@fireprotectionguy7943 what if its like a 50 story high building and theres a fire will it go straight to all evac?
@@Sfc23 For building that is more than 25 mtrs, an EWIS is installed. On alarm, there will be cascading of alert and evac tones. Two floors up and two floors down from an alarm level or floor. This is for orderly evacuation.
@@fireprotectionguy7943 oh ok so when alert tones switch to evac tones the whole building goes to evacuation?
@@Sfc23 Yes.. full evacuation after the cascading is completed.
1 question Elmer if you pull the break glass alarm will it trigger the yellow alert or straight to red evacuation?
A red MCP box is used for fire detection. If the MCP box is white...it will only activate the EWIS. Still, it will cascade. If the system is Occupant Warning System- it leads immediately to evacuation (new standard).
@fireprotectionguy7943 if smoke is detected on one floor in a 80 story building or multi-storey will the alarm sound in all floors of the building?
Can u remove the tones in ewis? As in replace the tones with only announcements or do all ewis pannels require the emergency warning sirens?
The Standard requires it...however, you can have a PA voice over that can be use in schools, cinemas, hotels and high crowded places. But it should be approved.
Panalo napo Sir Elmer at may partner nasa trabaho mas efficient and easy ang trabaho need lang good communication 👍👍👍
haha... All good.
