    I loved the team work, the integration of PT with MFY/Dean’s teaching and the Q & A between Lance & Dean to help fill in the gaps of info on how it’s working in the muscles. Good addition!

    Thank you! I've been teaching Pilates for 20 years, and FINALLY, men explaining other men that you have to use pelvic floor!!! But not only for squats, but for ANY heavy, difficult movement. And not only for older people. Please explain it protects your lower back, most people don't realize that...

    Thanks for this reminder; I keep avoiding working on the pelvic floor stuff but I’m in my 30s and it’s time to start worrying about the whole reproductive system.

    The two person demonstration was really helpful. It just makes it more clear to have someone instruct and the other person do the exercise. So clear and helpful. I would rate this as one of the best I've seen.

    Loved the pelvic floor exercise- I have been doing similar exercises for years now - I am still fully functional in my later years!! I would love to see more techniques!!

    seems like you're missing the most important part of the squat for the pelvic floor, which is the very bottom of the squat, where we should be settling in with our breath as deep as possible, rather than stopping and going back up when discomfort begins...breath is the key, out of the mouth entirely before breathing back in again.

    Thanks for the exercises. I have been doing bridge pose for over a year without issue in my hamstrings. When I do the bridge pose here, my hamstrings immediately cramp. Am I doing it wrong OR have I been doing bridge pose wrong in the past and now my hamstrings are being tested? Something else?

      Honestly it probably means you were doing it wrong. Cramping gets better with time, so stick with doing it the way you learned now and it'll improve over time.

    Bridges absolutely work never stood up so straight in my life low back pain absolutely gone orgsm way more forceful awesome stuff

      Practice consistently, at least 3x a week, but be realistic with your capabilities.
