Yeah maybe for on the highway but nothing beats the corner section in a manual. Or the track for that matter. Banging out gears and hitting downshift right before a corner just hits different from auto
Nah the autos definitely put down less power to the wheels due to torque converter loss i raced my Friends completely Stock 08 350z automatic against my Completely Stock full weight at the time 07 350z Hr 6spd and down low it’s basically neck and neck but Top end i pull and as seen in this video as well. Those 5spd autos lose their power on the top end

@@ColdVsIce In this video I was stock. Now I’ve got Bosch 550cc injectors, AEM 340 LPH fuel pump for E85. Z1 intakes, greddy single exit race exhaust and ISR resonated test pipes. I’m admin e-tuned.
@@carti4644 I'm not the one who did it. But typically most vehicles just need a fuel pump and injectors that's e85 compatible. And of course you'd need a tune

No not really it's the gearing from a roll. The auto would win from a dead stop but the manual will catch up from 100-120 before the auto will pull back and wind until after 130+ then the manual should be ahead by 150 ish again. I've seen the race before.
He only had a lead cause the auto wasnt the one counting 🤣 my auto HR spanked a manual today bro lol also i think he was using auto manual ..should have ran the auto raw to the floor 👌🏾
