This is absolutely the best cover I have ever seen of these two solo's. I'm particularly surprised by how accurate the first solo was. Many covers on youtube are 'incorrect' when compared to the original of Randy, but yours is truly amazing. Love that guitar tone as well!
Those two bends at 0:14 and afterwards are incredibly difficult to nail the proper tone for and you did it the best on RUclips so far. Hats off to you sir.
I agree with everyone else here, this was superb playing! So wonderfully fluent and natural. I play these two solos myself but after 3 months of dabbling with them I'm not at all at your level. But to hear you play them so well motivates me to put in that extra effort. Thanks for the inspiration and rock on bud!
I been playing those minor pentatonics, modes, arpeggios, techniques like the legatos for years now. I prefer playing the legato techniques in dorian, mixoldian and ionian. But having said all that. When I hear these two solos by Randy, and him as a player, he was just so precise in playing these scales and techniques. I take my hat off to you man. You play this perfectly. Ain't seen many pulling this off like this. This amazing dude seriously. I always have a fiddle around with these solos while I'm playing my own bits and pieces I got going on. More for technique really. But I've never had the discipline to completely nail these solos as precisely as you are doing here. Watched it a handful of times now. Awesome man.

That was exceptionally AWESOME! I have just recently learned the main solo and am starting to work on the outro solo. I'm working my way through the entire song. That main solo was a beast for me to learn but I was able to play and finally record a decent take after playing through about 500 times or so!
