None of those government people should be allowed to own any stocks. Immediate conflict of interest. If that’s too much to ask then they shouldn’t work in government and stay privately employed.
Most rules governing stock ownership for government officials/employees are for 'Controlling interest'. You would have to own more than perhaps 5% of a company to be considered in conflict of interest.

He doesn't have much of a personal life to comment on. No Yachts, estates, golf clubs, expensive gifts, and clearly no political clout. Republicans ignore him and Democrats (in office) seem to hate him. He makes comments that don't help him politically. Despite all this, he is the most successful person on Earth.
It boils down to what composes the Democratic party: Some Democrats envy/hate the rich, some are for strong even corrupt labor unions, some think wealth should be given to the world's poor, some think he is too powerful, some think Space is a waste of money, some think he says silly things, and some think he is a liar. I'm a Democrat, a moderate, and am wondering where my fellow moderates are hiding. I also believe that Musk knows how to focus his fortune, combined with brains and hard work, to get the most for America and the World. He is an optimist, not a liar. He is providing ten of thousands of people with good wages and is pushing the world into the future with a few kicking and screaming. The current administration is no friend of Musk due to a President whose brain is still back in the 1950s regarding unions. Fortunately, NASA is still a friend of SpaceX, the World likes Tesla cars, and Elon Musk seems to be in good health. Unfortunately, there is only one Elon Musk.
Elon is becoming popular and that makes him powerful. People in power see him as an advantage taker and not the good engineer and futurist that he is. He makes the powerful look small as he has answers for things that they don't have the answers for.

Thank you for your reasonable and informative commentary. This has been an issue that has bothered me a lot lately and Biden's stance of pretending Tesla doesn't exist and pumping up GM for really doing absolutely nothing except dragging EV development for decades has really had me upset.
The thing that gaiis me is the reason Tesla exists because GM killed the EV1. I mean brutally destroying almost every last one. Only 2 exist and they have been gutted of their motor and electronics. That act got Elon to put his money and a good part of his life into Tesla. President Biden congratulating GM and Mary Barra for being pioneers in Electric cars is hypocrisy at its zenith.
He doesn't play by "good-ol'-boy" rules. He's smarter than most everyone in the room, and not interested in participating in bureaucracy that is not REQUIRED by law.
The trump card of democrats/globalists/left/communists to ADD laws whenever they need them to get what they want is based on co-vid. Aka "to save people's life's" they can screw everyone over. Unfortunately for them this excuse can't be used against Tesla, which makes them frustrated. But apparently they decided to attack him through deaths caused by their auto pilot. OF COURSE a deadly accident is going to happen involving a Tesla. That is when Elon Musk will be attacked full force with "the law" as stick to force him. All these opinions right now, and bad mouthing is just preparation. By repeatedly saying "he did not respond", they will be able attack him through legal bullshit when the next accident happens. I hope Elon is aware of this, he should hire already a bunch of really good lawyers to get his defense in order before this happens.
The reality is simple all politicians are run by big corp and fossil fuel donors they don't work for the people and if a big oil company See's Elon musk kicking their ass and getting bigger and more powerful than them they'll send their puppets to give tesla a hard time LoL this is why the commander & Cheese didn't invited him to the ev event.. instead of being proud of him they're jealous and scared 😂
100% she should be subject to full disclosure of her and immediate family financial positions. She should be compelled to sell her position in all transportation related stocks before taking the position. And banned from taking any job in the transportation industry for five years after finishing her term. Basic.
I don't think removal of financial ties would remove the bias. I think Tesla have to live live with a number of biased people. Call it out when it gets too obvious, but then move on from there..
When Mitch McConnell first came to Washington DC, it's said he had $36,000 in his pocket. Today he is one of the wealthiest men in government. Senators get paid THAT well do they? ...or is lying, cheating, theft, lobby-paid et al ....pay that well?
Right....like Islamic State, and Nazi's, and other random extremists.....they must be doing the right thing.... Not saying the government is always right, but it's not always wrong either. In this case however, it is wrong.
Remember that TESLA is now worth a trillion dollars and will probably be worth more in years to come. All sorts of politicians want a piece of that money. Traditionally in the US one way politicians share the wealth of corporations is through campaign donations from the union employees of those corporations. Obviously, no union means no donations, however, there is another aspect of this that scares politicians. What if TESLA succeeds so much that it REPLACES other American automobile manufacturers? Then there will be no more donations from former employees of failed corporations. Expect LOTS more hostility from politicians and unions against TESLA if any big name automobile manufacturers actually fail. Also, don't forget all the robots, automation and AI at TESLA. No union donations to political campaigns from machines or software. As TESLA succeeds more in the US market there will be more pressure for other manufacturers to become more like TESLA and replace more human employees with more robots, automation and AI . . . hence, there will be even fewer campaign donations from survivors of the TESLA invasion. I wonder if any politicians have had analysts look at these potential trends? Surely there is much more complexity in the situation than this.
on the topic of robotics displacing jobs Musk specifically suggested basic income as a solution. Tesla's agenda aligns very closely with that of progressives but not as much with the apprehension of centrists and those on the right.
@@ricinro Elon is also very cleverly introducing an old concept that might become new again, in the issue of basic income: Create an income from goods produced at the residence. The electricity brokering software in his Powerwall system has the potential to earn a small revenue stream for owners of solar and solar/wind/etc. home energy systems. He cannot promise much, yet, because nobody has yet seen how the American consumer responds to the scenario of payment for electricity generated on residential rooftops, or backyard windmills or home integrated thermal systems. What do you think? If a future $5,000.00 solar power system covers HALF your home rooftop and produces MORE electricity than you need, will you spend ANOTHER $5,000.00 to deliberately produce a SURPLUS of electricity for sale to your less adventurous neighbors? Will they then become more adventurous themselves upon hearing about your extra income? I imagine a future where cheerfully profitable TESLA solar rooftop owners invite selected neighbors to quiet evening celebrations where the centerpiece is a Powerwall buy/sell software display of the monthly revenue streams. Maybe there will also be a virtual visit from a TESLA customer services representative.
Tesla doesn’t advertise, because they don’t need to, but that makes it the only automaker that the networks are allowed to go after without fear of losing advertising dollars. Similarly, Tesla needs to invest in lobbying. That is how Microsoft got the government off its back.
I was expecting to hear more about Biden’s press conferences and not inviting Tesla or giving any credit or mention to Tesla. Glad you mentioned Biden’s love for unions including UAW and the Teacher’s Union. These give Biden huge donations and votes. He claims he is about “green” initiative and his green is not less carbon footprint but the green that lines his family’s pockets.
Nailed it. They haven't been able to use him as a tool for their agenda. Oddly enough his goals line up fairly closely with what they publicly claim to want so it may seem unusual to be hostile to Elon. The reality of the situation is they don't care about anything they claim they only want submission.
Well there is nothing to pocket. The real value of Tesla company is around 20 billion dollars (their assets). Everything else is stock inflation. That's why Tesla is worth more than all companies in the world. While Tesla sells only 450k cars/year all other companies that are combined worth less sell over 40 million cars (gas or electric). Imagine. It's a massive bubble. And all those people that bought Tesla stock are very worried and they become part of Tesla marketing because they want their stock to go up.
Do not take autopilot away, I have driven coast to coast 4x (Fl to Wa/Oregon)and several more times Florida to Colorado 95% on autopilot. My Model 3 drives safer than I do and I arrive far less exhausted, again a plus for safety. Politicians and government bureaucrats must keep their personal biases (often financially motivated by personal investments out of their government decisions.) In the business world we would go to jail for insider trading yet law makers and high level bureaucrats regularly legally get away with the equivalent . Owning stock in any company that they regulate, are decision makers in government purchases or pass laws pertaining to should carry the same penalties as insider trading in the private sector.
16:08 actually I think it would be a huge problem if someone who was appointed to be a regulator has a stake in a company they will be regulating. That's obviously a conflict of interest. Regulators should be forced to sell any stake they have in the industry they regulate.
Nothing as good as a benign dictatorship until it stops being benign. There's a long history and wide range of reasons large companies need legislation to include their worker's well being, safety and pay rates - because otherwise they won't as profit is primary focus with legislation in the US protecting shareholders to a much greater degree than workers. If Musk is so ground breaking, so disruptive, then he should intoduce the German model of workers involvement.
As a fan, and owner of a Tesla, I think a union would work well the company. Also if Tesla is such a caring employer, why would they not encourage union representation?
@@GrahamWathey Okay here is why a Union is bad. Firstly Tesla couldn't hire who they wanted, they would have to be union or no hire, so if the best guy for the job wouldn't join or if there was a union worker needing a job they would have to pick a lower candidate. They also would have to pay the union and not try to compete on wages, as it is set by the union, so they couldn't offer better paid jobs to get the best people from others, as that wouldn't be okay with the union either. It also makes it hard to get rid of members of the union, even if they don't preform, as they now have a union backing them up. That means it's worse for the good employees, as they would have to accept lower pay, and bad for the company because they can't get rid of people that under preform. In Teslas case it also means no more stock options for the workers, and boy that's a bad deal for them right now, as there have been many saying they have really made bank, and can retire early. The only ones that wins are the union and the politicians getting paid by the union.
As an American, I can attest that our government bureaucracy moves at a glacial pace. Elon moves at the speed of thought. He has no time to deal with the slow outdated bureaucratic systems nor do I. The system is as frustrating as hell. As far as President Biden goes, he seems to be a few fries short of a happy meal.
The fundamental problem with the government approach to Tesla is the difference between DevOps and Waterfall in software development. One is looking for clear markers that say something has changed and the necessary meetings and flags to state such. Where as the other is continually absorbing information and making changes to improve the environment and function. The reality is the government has no clue and is looking for a way to return to the old ways of doing things because its what they are comfortable with and refuse to engage to learn...
The issue seems to be these two organization- NTSB and NHTSA expect to insist that Tesla and Elon Musk treat these agencies and their regulatory suggestions as controlling authorities and not as advisory counsels. They refuse to acknowledge the correction Telsa has implemented because he did so without requesting their approval. Secondly, the update Tesla uploaded in regards to the vehicles autodrive is more like a software update. It was not a mechanical failure, therefore a recall was not warranted. A person does not take their computer back to the manufacturer everytime the screen freezes during a video.
and a recall was not needed because it was an update, not a correction/repair/replacement. FSD is in beta, as has been stated repeatedly, it is a work in progress. As you said the update took the improvements further that what the NTSB was "suggesting".
Since Tesla is the only company doing these over-the-air updates, they are trying to classify software updates as recalls to damage them. A recall should only be issued when a vehicle has a defect that makes it unsafe to operate and requires it to be returned to the manufacturer to correct the defect. Even if FSD was said to be completely unsafe, it can be disabled remotely, so issuing a recall makes zero since.
@@gregfinney9035 By having NHTSA brand Tesla's issue a recall, they can removes Tesla's, the most popular and highest selling EV, off the market. So as to give Ford and GM the time they need to gain market share over Tesla with their own EV models, which are less advanced than Tesla's.
Funny to see this video today. I was driving N-332 with my Tesla Model 3 LR AWD from Orihuela Costa to Alicante airport. When passing Torrevieja the car abruptly decided to take sidekick to the left and the back again. My wife sitting next to me asked: “What happened? Was there someone riding a bicycle with no lights?” “Yes. As there was noone near us on the left side, the car avoidid the accident.” This was not the first time that my Tesla saves a life as pedestrians tend to enter the driveways carelessly. Have been driving with this Tesla since September 27, 2019 receiving frequent SW updates. I do understand that EU sets various rules on what can be done, but so far I have been pretty satisfied. Was driving down from Travemünde in Germany the fourth time (first time with my wife) and her only concern was: “Do you have the automation on?” She had found out that the car was on the Autobahn lane absolutely correctly maintaining the distance to the car in front. If the car in front was slow enough Tesla asked me to use the left turn signal for initiating the bypass. She now thinks that I am a gentleman on the road. Let her think so.
Great video. Spot on. The US Gov is against Tesla. They are not alone….I’m a C-Suite Auto Exec and often interview our top technical managers. I often ask their opinions on Elon and Tesla. Hey Doc, I also don't want to see him end up like DeLorean, but I believe he may be past that point now or at least approaching the point of non touchable and that is exactly why the gov don't like him, the elites can't touch him anymore. Musk made himself appear stupid and they paid no attention till one day they ( elite dim wits ) saw the situation and it was too late. Also I believe Mr Musk planned it this way to break through that wall that has stopped so many others that attempted to make our lives better.

On the recall issue, they probably don't have much of a clue how the system works. The issue wasn't hardware, which WOULD require a recall and replacemnent of parts, software can just pushed and the "recall" is done. As far as anti-union goes... Lets see them tackle Walmart before they even look at Tesla.
I think it’s ok to deliver the software improvement remotely, but it also makes sense to use “recall” announcements to make all owners know it’s something serious enough to pay some attention to, to differentiate it from other routine software updates.
It's also different because Tesla uses OTA updates while other manufacturers still require software updates to be done at a service center, so most vendors would need a recall to do a software update.
Just to be fair, the NTSB should make a study on how many lives have been saved by Tesla Autopilot. An even easier study is just a compilation if how many deaths have been caused by improper use of Autopilot vs.how many deaths are caused by just everyday driving. They should be shocked by how many lives are saved by Teslas and Autopilot.
@@snaplash Elon’s got a hard on for unmonitored, autonomous driving like some 2525 sci-fi flick. Think robo-taxi. Thus, the reason, at least partially, for the yoke. We’ll have it someday, but not in our lifetime. The idea is great, but ability and execution is a whole other story.
But is it because of the autopilot it saved lives or the mechanics of having an electric car. Lower center of gravity, more crush space for collisions, etc. Many collisions aren't deadly, this isn't the 1950s where a car is a literal death box on wheels. I think the software has potential but i think the government is gonna be iffy on allowing untested completely autonomous software. Its treating other companies *like all the other manufacturers* the same in this regard. From a purely code perspective, its extremely difficult to make one of these systems work flawlessly. It has to account for a ridiculous amount of variables.
@@robertweekley5926 no, not near, but do you believe that we’ll be seeing totally automated driverless cars carrying passengers in the next couple of decades. Or alternatively, even if technically possible in the next few years , that governments will allow it. I’m on beta and it still strikes out a lot. It does some downright scary things, not even on Halloween. All it takes is one driverless autonomous car death and it’ll be decades before it’s permitted. As a pilot, even autopilot systems in aircraft require constant monitoring of systems, control surfaces , velocity, altitude, attitude, etc. They’re responsible for many souls.
I'm just talking here of Autopilot not autonomy driving, not the advantage of EV over ICE car design, and most especially not about Elon Musk's idiosyncracies, but just a study on how many lives Tesla Autopilot has saved period. If Tesla Autopilot is really as bad as some people imply, the media would have reports of hundreds if not thousands of real Tesla Autopilot related accidents. The case in point is that supposedly driverless accident inTexas with the Model S that was immediately blamed on Autopilot. The NTSB itself has declared that there was a driver and that Autopilot was not engaged at the time of the accident.

Tesla non union employers are well paid with stock options. Many have made more on stock than salary. This has created a very loyal hard working team. I own a Tesla as well and agree that software is updated regularly and I live close to Mobile Service, they are wonderful! There are thousands of issues that auto cars are not able to detect - and probably will never be able - especially holes on the roads etc... I think level 4 is possible, but not level 5 for sure - maybe only on super clean weather conditions and super clean and painted roads...
The nature of bureaucracies is, first and foremost, to preserve themselves. Their first instinct is to reinforce and maintain the "safe" status quo, in the process undermining, suppressing, and if possible destroying all hope for change, advancement or improvement.
This all comes down to the driver, even with auto-pilot the person behind the wheel is still in control and should be held to blame if something happens. Until such a time that systems like this are 100% fool proof the human remains in control.
When the FSD shows a safety record an order of magnitude better than human control, most limitations should go away. Where there is a person directing traffic, the FSD should turn off.

Good job your pretty consistent with showing both sides of a story... keep going we need the balance to prove to the world that Elon is not some kind of evil genius
Thank you very mucH for that breakdown. I AM also not an American citizen, but have always been an ardent believer an supporter of the United States, the space program, an Elon Musk, his ability to understand an forward the development of our civilisation, I am also a small investor in Tesla. Elon is obviously a very clever person an a diamond to have in industry, unfortunately he rather leaves government officials well behind as did pretty much all great inventors in the past. They work totally on different levels an spheres. Officials unfortunately have a dominance to be right an push their powerful position's. While inventors just want to move civilisation forward an have very little interest in themselves or thier position in society. Massive difference
One thing to consider is that the major auto companies are being heavily impacted due to Tesla. Tesla is changing how they do business and how they innovate. It's forcing them to re-examine long-held beliefs. It's pretty clear that they are being left behind in many respects in part due to Tesla's vertical integration and new methods such as their mega castings. Tesla is also the only manufacturer outside of China that makes their own batteries and even their own chips for autopilot and their own supercomputer for crunching data. Tesla is also raking in massive profits even among severe supply shortages whereas their competitors are mostly sidelined. The last thing is that Tesla is seeing massive profits with unheard-of margins on every car sold and demand such that the waiting list is measured in months and is growing. This is a major upset to an industry that has been mostly stagnant for years ever since they were forced to change in th1980's when Japan forced them to start considering reliability and quality. Tesla is a huge threat to GM, Ford, Toyota, etc. and they know it, so anything to slow Tesla down is good for them. If you don't believe me, look at all of the changes that are going into cars as they play catch-up, from useable center screens to more automated driving support. When it comes to EVs, Tesla is still well ahead of everyone else when it comes to manufacturing. efficiency, and performance. VW recently lamented that it takes 30 hours to produce an ID4 whereas Tesla cranks out a Model Y in 10 hours, with the mega casting taking 90 seconds rather than requiring dozens of parts to be welded, stamped, glued, or riveted together. The other area is dealerships. Dealerships often make a mint on recalls since everyone needs to take their car in to have the software updated or something else fixed. Never underestimate dealerships that hate Tesla with a passion. Dealerships make their bread and butter on service (which EVs need a lot less of) and finance. They often lose money selling cars. This is the opposite of Tesla which makes most of their money selling cars, though I imagine they also do well in finance and will do well in insurance.
@@colingenge9999 I know. There are some things to hate. Elon Musk tends to be controversial but in the long run, he's often right. As an engineer, I can understand a lot of what Elon says. He comes at car manufacturing as an engineer, not an MBA. That was how Toyota used to be until their current CEO (who is a Harvard MBA). He understands the details. He understands the process. He also hires people that challenge preconceptions and when he sees a good idea is willing to try it. He's willing to take risks which is what is needed to move forward. SpaceX is a perfect example of this. How many unexpected rapid disassemblies have we seen as they do what the rest of the industry said could not be done, reusability. It is this willingness to try things and make mistakes that pushes them ahead. If you have not watched Sandy Munro's channel, I highly recommend it. He's not afraid to call a spade a spade and has a lot to say about Tesla and Elon's philosophy. Do I think Elon is perfect? No. I'm actually disgusted with how he treated COVID at the Fremont plant, of which I am local to. He definitely needs work on his people skills..
It's all about power. The fact that Elon didn't respond, is what bothers them. Never mind the fact that Tesla already corrected the issues that were indicated in NTSB's reports.
Elon Musk has the most open mind when it comes to problem solving. He is a multidimensional thinker. He considers many solutions and how all of those solutions will evolve in time. Things that the rest of us thought were probably impossible Elon was willing to put all of his effort and funds on the line for. The thing I like the best is he does it all for the greater good of mankind before thinking of himself he will go without to serve the solutions and innovations that will better humanity. Elon Musk, I would say is the humanitarian of the millennia! Now if we can all learn to be a little bit more like Elon maybe we have a chance to to be written about in history books as well!
Thank you for your video, I was curious about this topic and you touched base on a lot of good points. I don't own a Telsa but one day I hope to. In the scheme of everything, Binden and that little man sitting behind a desk with kindergarten art on his shelf are insignificant in comparison to what Elon is really all about.
Making rude comments about government officials is the cornerstone of the US's democracy and "public comment" periods. Ellen Musk is actually one of the most admired entrepreneurs in the US. It's just politicians against progress or innovation moving too fast for them to understand. For this reason, Ellen needs to introduce navigation courses for future buyers of Tesla. Most people get behind these tech-advanced vehicles without the proper knowledge of operating them.
Re NHTSA being upset at Tesla for not issuing a "recall". Tesla has fixed many minor issues with an OTA update. These have required minimal engineering time (like slightly increasing the sensitivity setting on window pinch value), and issuing a fleet wide update. But NHTSA requires every owner get a notice by mail that this was done to their car. The cost of mailing notices to millions of customers increases Tesla's cost of the fix by at least a thousand times. NHTSA will not accept customers being notified by email. They want to punish Tesla with the mail costs.

Aren’t the unions a mafia controlled thing in the US? As a former unionist of nearly 7 years in Germany, I read and heard pretty horrific stuff about the way your unions are working and how they manage the financials. Wherent there big mafia cases in court about it? Wherent they Controlling whole industries and black mailing competitors? Didn’t they make sure only companies who would obey their commands and give them cuts from won contracts would succeed? Doesn’t it fit the bill, to ignore Tesla Motors because of non unionization? Didn’t the mafia control even politicians? If I know about it, Elon does as well. Also i am pretty certain he wouldn’t like the unions to block his way of leadership, which is pretty demanding.
We all know that Tesla's AP is safer than the average driver and that if the our politicians were consistent and honest (and had some brains) they would know that cruise control (around for decades) is responsible for more deaths and injuries per mile than Tesla's AP. Fall asleep at the wheel and cruise control keeps the car at the same speed until you leave the road or hit something or someone. If these guys are serious, cruise control shouldn't be allowed. How about all those people that shouldn't be driving because they're too old, can't see, are sleep deprived, on medications that cause sedation, .....etc? They'd all be safer with Tesla AP it they had it. If I were Elon I'd leave this country and go somewhere else. How about Germany?

There will always be these anomalies that pop up and the FSD will crash, and as long as the public officials realize this they won't let legalize FSD for their jurisdiction. You're so clueless. Wow.

If some Big automobile manufacturers fall, I'd say it would be a good thing for the market and country overall.
You are correct. I am sorry to say that this country is now so politicaly corrupt that it is in the process of a slow but steady collpse

Nope, Bill Gate runs government. What he says it’s what goes 90% of the time. That’s why they don’t go after him or his companies at all.

The " teachers union" may be the most dangerous enemy we pay for.

I fear you have pointed out one glaring reason.
Nailed it. They haven't been able to use him as a tool for their agenda. Oddly enough his goals line up fairly closely with what they publicly claim to want so it may seem unusual to be hostile to Elon. The reality of the situation is they don't care about anything they claim they only want submission.
And give it to big oil and their US coal barons. Yes.

Politicians and government bureaucrats must keep their personal biases (often financially motivated by personal investments out of their government decisions.) Unions are not needed if the company listens to, and takes care of their employees. Period. Tesla takes good care of its employees
Exactly
Nothing as good as a benign dictatorship until it stops being benign. There's a long history and wide range of reasons large companies need legislation to include their worker's well being, safety and pay rates - because otherwise they won't as profit is primary focus with legislation in the US protecting shareholders to a much greater degree than workers. If Musk is so ground breaking, so disruptive, then he should intoduce the German model of workers involvement.
Exactly

On the recall issue, they probably don't have much of a clue how the system works. I think it’s ok to deliver the software improvement remotely, but it also makes sense to use “recall” announcements to make all owners know it’s something serious enough to pay some attention to, to differentiate it from other routine software updates.
@@weip9328 The owners get those notifications regularly. Without any recalls. When your app says Update available - you should install it ASAP.

Lastly I own a Tesla and receive regular software updates. The updates include text explaining each update. This process allows Tesla to correct problems in a matter of days instead of months and keeps me from having to return my car for service.
I own a Tesla as well and agree that software is updated regularly and I live close to Mobile Service, they are wonderful! There was a missing piece and not only they delivered it promptly ( messaging the time of arrival and retesting if they are running behind 5 or 10 minutes), they also check out the tires and ask if I have any concerns. Great company, wonderful EV's. I also own TSLA stocks because they've been around long enough to prove they are worthy company.
Elon is changing the business world the government politicians isn't. They should just mind their own business and do what they do best running the government and argue with each other.

There are thousands of issues that auto cars are not able to detect - and probably will never be able - especially holes on the roads etc... I think level 4 is possible, but not level 5 for sure - maybe only on super clean weather conditions and super clean and painted roads...
Could the problem be Elon isn’t giving the government back door access to the car’s autopilot?
That and money.
The nature of bureaucracies is, first and foremost, to preserve themselves. Their first instinct is to reinforce and maintain the "safe" status quo, in the process undermining, suppressing, and if possible destroying all hope for change, advancement or improvement.

We all are Blessed to have an Elon Musk on our side, humanities side.

Well thought out and useful comment. Surprising how many Tesla haters there are out there. Reminds me of anti seatbelt people in 60s.
