When will you fix the app for the E1 Prima? It has been unavailable for two months.
So you are launcing a new machine.. Does the APP work for it?
Or are you planning to not have an APP for that?
When do you fix the APP For the E1P - that has been out of service for over a month, beause you got hacked?
Does the prima pro also have an app? When will you re-enable the app for the original E1 prima? I’ve been waiting for over two months

is worrying, especially as i was very keen and going to buy either the Prima the EXP or this Pro,,, Dont think the Pro is available yet in the UK ,,,,, not an expert on the tecky side of espresso making but the main appeal of the Pro to me is it looks like it transfers a lot of the control from the app to the machine in front of you where you need it Advert does not say much at all,, Spend all that money on glossy promotion you would think they would be keen to answer would be customers questions and grab the business
Will this do pressure profile? The advert does not make clear.

It been a total disaster with the app (and how it’s been handled by VA) for existing owners.
Does anyone know if they have fixed this app? The E1 Prima was on my shortlist as my machine has finally kicked the bucket. I was strongly considering importing the pro, but reading these comments has made me very weary.
Does it have pressure profiling???
And you wonder why people stick with LaMarzocco.
the design looks so ass compared to the original, should have just kept the clean aesthetics instead of cheap plastic-y buttons and lever. and please just give me a mechanical dial/meter not some LED display that I wont look at after the first two weeks.
When I saw application/machine problems on forms and private communities, I congratulated myself many times for choosing R-Nine One between Slayer, R-Nine One and E1 prima.
