James, this was a very nice teaser video. Now I'm interested but need to know more. There is very little content on the internet about this machine as most of it is like yours, very high level about sustainability and design beauty. I'm good with that, but now I need to know how it functions, how much water does it hold, does it work effectively for me without being plumbed in, how much control do I have, how does it handle pre-infusion? Because you are involved with this project and obviously like the product, I already trust that this is a very nice machine and must handle the process of creating a nice shot very well.
