Skeletech the supervillain in 2020s era He-Man cartoon is thousand times more dangerous than it's original form Skeletor in 1980s era He-Man cartoon.

Skeletor 2.0 was so powerful, he solely controlled the horde and could master the source of power of the dark magic with no stab or device. He-Man could have never beat him without the aid of everyone else
Technically Skeletek's "first confrontation with He-Man" wasn't actually Skeletek. So even though he could probably do all those things Skeletek never actually did. His real first confrontation with He-Man wasn't until after his final transformation.
