Observe the fights of soul society arc and compare against this mess, those fights used to be more coherent & easier to follow, This studio really lacked that creative direction to achive 'bleach' feel to it,, hope they re-do it right....

Looking back at this and seeing how it was animated leads me to believe the Aizen fight about to be wild.
