One of the reasons I love empties videos is because they shows people are actually using them so I don’t mind seeing battered, packaging in videos at all. Couldn’t agree more with you Rob. In regard to the recent ordinary recent launches I do enjoy that phytoceramide moisturizer on dry days.

To mix with actives serums like tranexamic acid, retinol or aloe 2% + nag, wich is better? Phytoceramides or naturals factor? Following your idea to treat the hyperpigmentation in one of your latest videos? Thanks!!!!! ❤

The lash and brow serum is incredible. My brows were victims of the late 90s/early 2000s plucking situation. I have been using it since I think late summer and WOW. So much fuller. I still use some brow pencil, but not much at all compared to before. Funny enough, the pink calming serum irritated me. Not sure if it just doesn’t fit with the other products in my routine. I have been using the Inkey List azelaic acid, but I’m almost out so I think I’ll snag the Ordinary version and see how it goes!

I find it is hit or miss for me for a lot of these, which I am sure it is for a lot of people. But here is my feedback.
I am currently using the Lash and Brow serum on just my brows. I am only a couple of months in, so we will see how it works.
I have the barrier support serum, but I find it pills on me a lot. And it says not to use with direct or indirect Vitamin C, and both my morning and evening routines, it seems like it doesn’t fit in my routine.
I got the Azelaic Acid but I think I have the old version. It pills like crazy. I hope they did reformulate it.
Love the Aloe &NAG. I use it at night as my second hydration step.

  • @dearjulie

Thank you for this review, Rob! I stopped using the azelaic acid by TO because of that pilling and I didn’t know they reformulated it! Now I want to give it the second chance!

Thank you so much for another informative & accessible video! I just love hearing how you describe everything as you make it so simple, whilst still giving great advice & information. 💗
I bought my teen all the cleansers to try at Christmas as they are so affordable. The glucoside foaming cleanser is her absolute favourite & has done real wonders on her oily skin! She's amazed by the results, which goes to show cleansers really can make a difference! Personally I'm still obsessed with your own MAS jelly cleanser as it combats the dryness like an absolute pro! It's even better after using your exfoliator gel too! 😍
Can't wait to hear all you have to share with us on the new launch! 🥰 x

After mowing through one tube of the lash and brow serum, my brows were fuller and lower lashes longer. After my second tube my upper lashes started getting fuller. Maybe new hairs need to come in and grow out with the serum on them to have an effect?
