Thank you Chris for posting this Sunday Bonus Class!!! Right after I did this one, the Saturday Step Class with you and Nastia popped up on my t.v. and I thought wow, okay, sounds great. So I had fun repeating yesterday's class. Repeaters and Bonus, Bonus Sunday brought lots of joy.
This was a perfect after workout used as an after dinner walk when it’s too late to go outside & take one. It is quick and easy to follow and without the breakdowns it’s over before you know it!!! Thanks!

I have done it a few times in the past and was delighted to find how much easier I am finding it having practiced more intermediate classes. You are so right when you tell us that with practice we can all improve. Also when you become familiar with the moves you can put so much more into them. Thank you perfect little Sunday workout!!!
That was awesome! No breakdown for me means my heart rate stays at a higher rate consistently and really packs a great workout into a short amount of time.
Every time I start these classes I go "ill never be able to do that" and today by the end I was doing v step swing and up rock tick tock that I've never been able to do before! Always coming back so you can prove me wrong 😂

I haven’t commented before but I have to say I LOVED THIS ONE! The music was GREAT and the steps weren’t as hard as I thought they’d be at this level..I even REWINDED it ten minutes for MORE! Great job!
This class was amazing. Can't believe how much I sweat in a 20 minute class. I loved the fast paced nature of the choreography. I'll do this one again for sure!

Love you're 20 Min intermediate Step Aerobics workout 135 Bpm its a great workout and is a great one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to do to especially the step aerobics it's a brilliant workout
I have been out of commission for the last few weeks with a sick baby and then a sick household. I’m finally getting back on track with my daily workouts and I’m so thankful that you have all the different options that you do.
