Hi! How do you track macros with things like marinade? I always stress about doing things like that because I don't know how to accurately track it XD. Do you just list all of the marinade ingredients, even the excess?
New to your channel! I would love to know what you put in your coffee/how you make it! I find that this can really make a difference also in terms of weight loss, depending on how much cream, condensed milk, etc. people may put in their coffee.
Hi!!! It really varies. I probably won't have more than one drink with significant calories per day though. Maybe 2-3 days a week, I'll have a latte or do extra creamer in my coffee. But the majority of the time, I'm drinking it black or adding a bit of milk and maybe stevia!
