INGREDIENTS
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
64 oz chicken broth
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
20 oz five cheese tortellini
2-3 cups water
3 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 sprigs rosemary and thyme, each

What can I use if I don't have a Dutch oven?
@E.P.7131 You should be able to use a stock/soup pot. The key is that it has a tight fitting lid. If necessary, you can always put a layer of aluminum foil over the pot and then put the lid on. I hope that helps.
Saw this short this afternoon and decided to make it tonight. My store only had Celantini cheese tortellini. It only has 2 cheeses. So, we added more parmesan to our bowls. It was a hit! Thank you for a twist on chicken noodle soup! I love those 1 pot meals!
