What a legend, reading all the negative reviews online I was definitely 'on the fence', I honestly feel like people just are too lazy to understand or try and work out where they're going wrong - such an awesome video, I'm definitely getting one of these now 😎👊 a big thank you.
You're more than welcome my friend! It took some time going through everything but we got there in the end and glad this video helps. Haha love the pun 😁
If you can purchase it through our affiliation link it would be greatly appreciated! It will help us going forward and means we can create more content like this.
Hope you have a great week 🙏
Im a professional painter and I DONT recommend this! Do not buy it! Buy a small Graco airless paint sprayer. To achieve the results your looking for you have to spray it and brush it in or backroll it.
@@Kevincheesepizza You're 7 months late there mate - I've bought one, used it, and it worked, I also used a brush to brush it in, it made painting much easier.
@@Yakazuka well I’m glad it worked for you.
Great video, I started painting my fences the other day. I have 24 of them. It toom me a couple of hours just to do 2 of them on one side.
I purchased one of these today from screwfix for £26.
Wow, what a job made so quick. I did 13 (one side each)in about 3 hours. I ran out of fence paint. Just cleaned up ready to buy some more tomorrow, to finish the job off.
I hope this uploaded is being paid by ronseal, he did a great advert on this.
Best thing I have brought on a long time!
I am a decorator but I am going to do some fencing soon. I must say you were excellent with your attention to detail and as a presenter of the product you should send your Y.T clip to Ronseal and get paid to demonstrate these kind of products, very well done.
Great video buddy. Was on Amazon looking at purchasing one of these to paint my shed, and a search on YT came up with you. Fantastic info, covered all the bases. Thank you Tibby.
What an extremely well presented and thorough coverage. Much appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words and glad to here it helped 🙏🙌
I agree with many of the other reviewers - Tibby provides an excellent “how to” video here!!
👏👏👏 Many thanks - am definitely subscribing to his channel.
Thank you for your kind words. It's good to know all our hard work and effort that goes into making these videos are worth it and people like yourself are finding them extremely useful. Thank you for your support 🙏🙌
Brilliant video ! I went and brought one of these after watching and I painted my very long fence last night. What took days in the past only took a couple of hours. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you. I look forward to following your channel.
That's amazing news and thank you so much! We're glad the video helped and we look forward to sharing more content. Thanks for the support 🙏
Excellent video Tibby, understanding the sprayer is so important and you have just demonstrated it to perfection. Thanks
Thank you! I'm glad you appreciate the video as it did take time to go through everything. We look forward to sharing more 🙏
@@TibbySinghLooking forward to more videos. Thank you.
@ExtremeShez Thank you, and we also look forward to sharing more 😁
I am very lucky to have found this particular video, this is a MUST see video, Amazing the details you demonstrated 👌👌👋👋👋👋👋
Another excellent, thorough and well explained video Tibby. I've only just discovered your channel and have watched several. You need to make more IMO and these are the very professionally done. Thanks for taking the time. Subscribed!!
Great video, very helpful, don’t think I was pressurising mine enough. Thanks
Thanks Tibby really helpful just used it and couldn't have done it without your help 😊
This video saved me around 3 days worth of Fence painting. Today, I painted around 12 panels in 3 hours. That would’ve taken me days and days with a brush. Thank you SO MUCH for making this video in the level of detail that you did. I wouldn’t have figured out all those little details such as cleaning the nozzle by taking it apart, how to properly wash everything with water, emptying it out quickly by removing the nozzle but still using the pressure etc. all those little details made today one of the most productive days I’ve had in a long time!, Thank you, thank you thank you 🙏
No offense but I can do it faster with a roller and brush than this machine and achieve better results. You want to back roll it, or brush it in… trust me I’m a professional. This fence looks bad!… but you wouldn’t know that because your not a professional.
Best how to on the sprayer I've seen, really helpful.
Good luck with your channel 👍
Thank you! Your support is much appreciated. If you're thinking of buying one, our Amazon link is in the bio.
It would help us a lot going forward, all the best 🙏
Well done on a fantastic video. Clear explanation, bug-fixing, and a nice sense of humour. Excellent work 👍.
Thanks bud. I just bought the sprayer and just crack on with it. Thank you.
Excellent work Tibby, thanks
Thank you for the demonstration, I was considering buying one of these as I have both sides of a long fence to paint. I will definitely be buying one now, this has proved to me how much quicker it is. Thanks again.
Really great points. I love the issues about pumping it until it hisses and also cleaning out the pump from the gunk. Another tip I saw in other video comments, have a bucket of water to immerse nozzle head into the water if you take a break so the nozzle doesn't dry out as that causes issues.
Great video man! Thank you! Super informative and the part where you compared it to brushing was really cool!
Thank you and so glad you found it useful! 🙏😁
This is a brilliant demo, you've persuaded me, I'll get one.
May use more paint this way but time saving would more than compensate
Brilliant video. Covering all the bits someone might want to know, including the key metric of how much faster it was than brush painting.
This was the 1st video I'd come across from this channel and I've subbed as a result.
Keep up the good work (this video must have taken AGES to complete!)
Great demonstration! Everything you need to know from start to finish. Im having my first go at spraying my fence with this Ronseal Precision Finish Sprayer tomorrow (weather permitting of course).
Thank you so much. Wish I’d watched the whole video before using the sprayer on my front fence panels. I’ve learned what I’m doing wrong. I’ll use all your tips for when I do the back fence panel tomorrow. It did explode in my face as I didn’t release pressure. I’ll do that now I’ve watched your video.
Hey Grace, you're welcome and we're so glad to hear our video helped! Sorry to hear about it exploding in your face and hope it didn't make too much mess. Let us know how you get on and good luck 🙌🙏
This is brilliant thank you, I’ve been missing the hiss which is why it’s not spraying great! Back to it today to hopefully finish the job. I wouldn’t have known without this video and would have said the sprayer was just ok, now I’m hopeful it will be great.
Great video, Tibby. Some excellent advice and guidance on what to look out for. Deffo a sub.
Thanks mate. Found it a pain in the arse at first but after watching this video I am armed with this solid information to make it work . Thanks again
Well impressed with that, think I will go and buy one! Thank you!
Great tutorial. Helped a lot! Thank you! Fence looks great too 😊
Ahh that's good to know. Glad it helped and we look forward to sharing more 😁
Brilliant Review this has helped me a lot thanks Tibby 👍👍
Love it. Great vids. Pls keep it up and you’ll get great views eventually. DIY at its best.
Thank you for your kind words! It really is appreciated. We're working on some more videos and look forward to sharing them with you 😁
As part of my job i do a lot of fence and shed spraying.
Sometimes I spend days painting.
I always use a sprayer in conjunction with a brush.
Spraying an area and then quickly going over it with the brush to work the paint into the grain and areas that are less absorbent.
I keep a half tub of paint handy to apply extra where needed.
I find this gives a more consistent coating and a better Finnish.
That's useful to know. Do you complete a panel before going over with the brush?
I am about to paint my fence and the part where you did it side by side( one with brush one with sprayer ) really helped me realise how much time I will save with sprayer . Well , off to buy one to finish this dreaded job 😅

This saved my easter weekend! thanks!
That's amazing! Glad you found it useful 🙌
Fabulous instructions. Thank you!
Brilliant unbiased review. Well explained
Awesome video mate. Ya took a lot of time i know putting that together and ya created a master piece on the whole set up, use and problem solving and cleaning etc. of the sprayer. I was thinking about getting 1 of these but did read a lot of negativity on Amazon about it so i went for an electric 1. I do not have it yet so cannot comment on its use. But thankyou for your video. Like i say, you have put a lot of time into creating it. Keep it up as i think you are really good at this type of stuff. Well done buddy. 10 outta 10.
Brilliant video you covered everything we need to know and do to get a successful end to our job, you have a great sense of humor, and you're a damm good video editor to boot, you should send this to Ronseal and get them to use it, you deserve a few squids for your trouble Tibby Singh I salute you, at last, a RUclips vid that's informative funny useful. Thank you *****
Oh wow!! What a really really good presentation and evaluation Tibby! I was undecided whether this device would be any good, but after watching I'll definitely be buying!
PS loved your last tip the best....my brain is obviously not as clever so i would have made a mess pouring rather than spraying the unused paint back into its container 😅
Thank you for posting 😊👍

Brilliant review!
Very good instructions. Thanks
Hi, I saw a video by someone else recently and he said you should add water to thin it down if using in a sprayer. Very good video though, much appreciated
Hi, thanks and yes I guess there's no harm. Glad you liked the video it's much appreciated 🙏
Really excellent video Tibby thank you and it's made me think that it may be quite difficult for a woman to do all that pumping.
Great detailed video 👍
Thank you for your kind words, it's much appreciated! 🙏🙌
Brilliant review thanks
Great vid dude. Thanks for the info.
Thank you for this video , Its very helpful as Im considering getting one to paint my new potting shed when it arrives , after watching your video , I think I could use one , maybe I'll get my grandson to help with the pumping 😅
This seems to be a good system. Well explained too.
Thank you! Glad it helped 🙏🙌
Watched your video, as I need to paint a massive Park Lodge, the idea was to see if a paint sprayer can be used instead of a large paint brush - the outcome is NO, as the Lodge paint is thick, as the paint sprayer is really designed for water based paint, great video my friend
Thank you ever so much. This was soo relaxing
You're welcome, it was also therapeutic spraying the fence 😁
Well explained Tibby. Thanks
Thank you! Much appreciated and hope it helped 👍
Just brought one to do a fence and found it a total waste of time the nozzle kept blocking. Even used a paint mixer to stir it up. In the end I emailed ronseal and told them what a piece of rubbish it was even using there own fence paint which was supposed to be sprayable. Thankfully I got my money back from screwfix and ending up rollering the panels took longer but at least it worked. Nice video though and glad you had more success than me
So glad I watch this video. As tomorrow I am going to paint my new fence. Thank you very much for all tips and explanation. Ps. Especially for people like me 🤓 Because I don't pay attention to small details. Oh, I hope to remember , release pressure before I open container 😂
Thank you veeeeeeery much 🎨🖌👩🏻🎨
Really helpful, thanks. Just wondering how many times you had to re-pressurise it to cover the 22m?
Thank you for your kind words Leanne! Glad you found it helpful 😃
That's a very good question and something that we didn't record unfortunately. I don't want to guess but I'll see if there's any information I can gather to give you an accurate figure 🙂
Got one of those. Needs the filter cleaning before each use. Saves times compared to brush
Great video! 👍💚🍀
Thank you so much Alyona! 😊🍀
Brilliant video. Thank you
Thank you! 🙏🙌
Brilliant, cheers.
Great video demo Tibby very detailed. Was just wondering if these paints work in other (cheaper) pump sprays as opposed to Ronseal brand pump….they look very similar but just thought I’d ask in case anyone can help :)
Amazing. Thank you sooooo much.
Seeing as it took me ages to do it last year, this is very appealing.
They should include a funnel with it.
Yes have a go and it would be good if they did come with a funnel. You can always get your own like I did 😁👍
Corr you saved the day I’ve been trying to use this for about an hr and it was spurting out, I was using a brush at the same time because it was dripping so much 😂
Great video 👍 Watching it spray i wouldn't purchase it myself having concrete bases & stumps, it looks like it could hit them.
Just done 12 fence panels twice over by brush, it took 3 days by brushing it on but the final result was worth it.
You are brilliant 😊
Great video
Great Video. I think after a few uses you may need to start replacing washers or even the unit. Wagner fence painter is alot better. Maybe do a video on Wagner too?
Shukria Tibby Paaji
great video
Good video did you try a watered down version video please? If so any change?
I am a very beginner DIV, and I have a question (I hope it's not too silly!!). I have a very long Brick wall to paint (very rough surface). Will this work if I dilute the masonry paint with more than 10% water?
Can I use this in decking
I've just bought one. Was 24 quid so I've been robbed lol. It works well. Good test though of the unit. . I do believe you can water down 10% warm water that helps a lot with the spray pattern but it works and it does the job a lot quicker
That's great to hear haha that's still a good price. Did you use our amazon affiliation link 🤗 It just helps us out when producing more videos :)
It works wonders when you know how to use it and hope our video helped.
All the best 🙏🙌
@@TibbySingh sorry mate. I got it from S fix a few days ago. I've just came across your video while I'm waiting to see if I like the harvest gold or not lol. Done 10 foot but I'm on the fence, ha ha with that colour. I may have to go for the med oak. May be a better option road side. Back to the unit. They work well mate. Cheers.
It does state in the additional user instructions, which came with mine, that you can add 10% warm water if the mixture is too thick. This definitely helps the spray as does gently cleaning out the filter! Great informative content. Well done!
Hi just wondered if the paint should be that thick and lumpy thanks
Yes the Ronseal paint is usually think and lumpy as seen in the video. Also there's no need to water it down. Hope that helps 👍
@@TibbySingh Its better if you give the paint a good stir before putting it in the sprayer
why you didn't stir the paint before pouring ...it give me shivers
After watching Singhs excellent video
You will need to be patient and learn
Have arms like Arni
Cardio like mo farah
Love cleaning the unit multiple times
Release pressure or you will be ending up at ae
Or watch this video a few times!!
A pump zero is a deeam to use. Its a pump style sprayer that you dont have to pump. Continuous 20psi spray. Its rechargeable and you can spray 24 gallons on a single chg
Thanks for sharing, I'll have to look into that one 👍
Good thanks
Definitely need to keep the filter clean, and keep it no more than quarter full works best, work it with lots water to clean it after use.
Good video Tibby , well done . I’ve now bought one 😂 !
£26 though 😅!
Thank you for your kind words, glad it helped. Did you use our affiliation link? It just helps us out going forward when creating content. Thanks for all your support 🙏
@@TibbySingh I will do Tibby , thanks again 👍🏻
@@amnoahwielwabbit3837 Thank you very much! Really appreciate it 🙏😊
mine dosent have a filter why,. help
It wouldnt be cheaper with all water waste to get a paint sprayer? It will be the same?
I think you should mix the Stain to get the clumps out and maybe then it with some oil base stain.
I use a drill and paint mixer drill bit to get the paint less lumpy and more runny. However it's still difficult pouring a 12 litre tub even with a funnel. So I use a ladle and a rectangular mechanics funnel after mixing out the lumps.
I always use drill mixer paddle then you could have poured easily in
You legend
Thank you! Much appreciated 🙏
From Toronto .... paji always add some car windshield washer into paint ..that makes paint more smooth to flow ...
Any evidence of that paji… video?
@@iTAPPlikeCHICKEN this is practical I did myself
@@kanwaljeetsahota6316doesn’t say that anywhere in the UK lol
maybe tibby can shed some light 😉
The guy in the right is drinking a cup of tea whilst the guy on the left is cleaning out his sprayer haha
Mine is spitting out in a straight line, pressure is good, filter cleaned. No idea...
Get an electric Wagner sprayer and you would be finished quickly without exhausting yourself pumping away!
Yeah, electric is the way to go.
The fence you showed is brand new
Yes I installed the fence 😁🙌
He literally said in the video he just put the fence up
the spray is not wide enough... that was my problem with it...
Great video, I've got 14 6×6 panels to paint both sides. I've already painted 9 6×6 with a brush, which took an absolute age.
I'm using the cuprinol duck back forest green. There's nothing on Google or the tub that states if it can be used with a spray or not. I'm waiting on a reply from cuprinol themselves but had nothing since I emailed them four weeks ago. I've also tried phoning them with no luck.
Thanks for the video and if anyone has used this sprayer woth cuprinol duckback, could you let me know your thoughts and results.
Thanks.
The first thing you should have done is to make sure that you had mix it well just like paint before you pour it in it is clear that you didn't do this otherwise it would have poured without it been a mess as you said
Apart from that you should have stir better the paint great video
Chakde fateh singh! Or should i say paint karde fateh singh 😅
❤️❤️😄😄😄😁😁😁
🙏💜🙏
I can paint far quicker than that sprayer can by the time to set it all up and pump it up I'll have painted most of a panel fr
