  • Things that help my mental health (exercise, books, journals, daily rituals)
In this vlog I share some of my tips and daily rituals for improving my mental health, catch up on what's been happening and chat a LOT about mental health, anxiety, and why I've been feeling good in general lately.
Disclaimer: I know everyone is different and mental health is such a broad topic, but these are just my personal experiences and what has helped me. I have personally lived most of my adult life with someone who suffers from a mental health disorder, so I'm aware of how mental health can really be/how it can affect yourself and everyone around you. I might open up about this more in the future, but today I am just offering some general tips that make me feel good daily.

I agree with you! I try not to spend too much time on social media, but I get carried away so easily with them. Then later I realise that I spent time for things that doesn’t give me anything ignoring actually important things... thank you for sharing your experience.

Deleted the Instagram app for like the third time this week. I think I will stay off it for 3 months to see how I do! I did this in the beginning of quarantine from April-June. I’ve been trying to find other things to do besides my phone, Just started going back to the gym 5x a week!!

New suscriber here! I love your content so much... it inspires me. I quitted social media (except youtube, of course haha) a week ago and I feel so free. I want to feed myself only with things that make me grow and bloom, and 100% your videos touch my soul in that way, so I'm staying here :)
Sending you a lot of love from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Great vid, thanks for sharing your experience. Morning routines are so great and healthy, avoiding social media sounds like a great way to make mornings a smooth start to the day. I gotta do that with checking the news... Anyway I'm new to youtube and making vids about mental health and similar stuff, so it's awesome to see what other people are sharing. Thanks again.

Glad to hear you feel you are evolving :) thanks for sharing. Do you have any podcast recommendations? Just an unsolicited tip, but I’ve stopped bringing my phone into my bedroom and it’s been very beneficial for me. Take care and keep pulling back those layers that don’t belong to you!

I have been loving 'Two Open Books' this week which is an aussie podcast. And other recommendations are the health code, rise and conquer, robin sharma. Even tony robbins if I need a bit of motivation lol. Those are my got to lately =)

Thank you so much for this kind of sharing! I feel anxious and sad these days and just thinking of detoxing social media. Also, trying to keep up the habit of journaling. Any chances in the future to share how do you do the journaling? Also, im struggling in organizing my photos (in my phone) as well. Hoping to get some insights from you! Great Video❤️
