Those prices are extraordinarily affordable compared to what we get here in the UK. I'd confidently say you'd have to multiply those prices by 3 or 4 times to get close to UK prices for sushi/sashimi.
Yes it is ok! I have been doing this for a very long time and I try to build a life outside of youtube. It is very easy to burn yourself out creating and forget why you started in the first place. Taking breaks and taking care of yourself is most important. I bet you and your videos are wonderful! You got this!!

Could probably demolish 25 plates of the XL Fatty Salmon easily at Japan Kura and still won't go over 50 dollars! Here in states, can't do that since each plate is like $4+ :(

It's so good! Yes our Kura in the states is basically $4 per plate, vs the $1 in Japan
